The Wonder Years premier new video for Dismantling Summer
Pop Punk sensation, The Wonder Years are in the midst of their shows for their headlining tour, “The Greatest Generation Tour”. They have been having great success with the tour and shows are selling out. They just released a music video for Dismantling Summer which is off of their latest album, The Greatest Generation. The video was directed by Drew Russ and shot in the band’s hometown of Philadelphia, PA. “We knew that for a song so personal, a literal re-telling for the video would be unwelcome and painful.” Says lead vocalist Dan “Soupy” Campbell. “Drew, the director took the core nerve of the song, the idea of being away when it matters most, and spun it into an absurdist piece of dark comedy during which my family found themselves fed up with my perpetual absence and replaced me with a mannequin, leaving me in the literal cold.” Check out the video here: You can catch The Wonder Years out on their headlining tour with support from Fireworks, Real Friends, Citizen and Modern Baseball.
