Ron Gallo is a must see out on his Foreground Music Live Tour

September 19, 2023

Mondays can always be hard to get through, but not when you know you are catching Ron Gallo’s show at night. We couldn’t wait for the day to end so we could find ourselves at one of our favorite venues, The Brick and Mortar in San Francisco. The night was even better when we found out that Life Size Models were opening the show. We were excited to check out their new music and they kicked the night off with a high energy set. It was a fantastic night and Ron Gallo put on a performance that highlighted his edgy blend of alt-punk rock vibes. He is like a punk rock Bob Dylan and I am here for it ALL! His music is so damn catchy and you can’t hold yourself still. You need to MOVE and feel the energy that he brings to life. His lyrics are amazing as he delivers  the raw truth commentary on some of today’s topics. We need more Ron Gallo and everyone needs Ron Gallo in their lives! Check [Read More]

James Bay returns to the Fox Oakland for an unforgettable performance

September 19, 2023

Saturday night had us front and center at the James Bay show in Oakland at the iconic Fox Theater.  It was exciting to catch his headline show amid his tour with The Lumineers. This show was exactly what we needed after spending the day celebrating the life of my sister whom we lost to mucosal melanoma.  It was a day filled with insurmountable emotions and our souls needed healing. What better way to recover, than to immerse ourselves into the music of James Bay. The night started with an emotional stirring set by rising artist Abby Holliday. Her music conveys the raw emotion of life and loss and we were soaking it all in. James hit the stage and kicked it right off with a rousing and blazing performance of Best Fake Smile. Our tattered and torn hearts were instantly on the mend as James’ vocals filled our hearts with exactly what we needed. The set was perfect and included the mix of old and new. Noise Pop and Due South bring the music to Jerry Garcia Amphitheater

August 28, 2023

Saturday afternoon in San Francisco has many options on how to spend your day but I think we found the best one. Noise Pop Presents and Due South brought the perfect 3 band free concert to the Jerry Garcia Amphitheater in McLaren Park. The Greek style outdoor concert venue is spectacular as it sits in a natural park and has amazing scenery to enjoy as you immerse yourself into the music. The free concert started off with King Isis who we recently caught at Outside Lands. They immediately got the crowd fired up. Next up was a stripped down duo of Momma and their emotionally driven songs had us hooked from the start. The headliner Cherry Glazerr took the stage and the crowd went wild. The fans ran down to be right front and center for their set and their energy was nonstop throughout the killer set. What really makes these shows so great, is the fans and this show had so many awesome dedicated music lovers. Check out our gallery of the crowd: [Read More]
