One Less Reason release powerful and moving video for their track, Break Me off new album

August 19, 2016

We are so excited to share with you the powerful and moving video by One Less Reason for their incredible track, Break Me. The song is off their new album, The Memories Uninvited which is available now. The video was produced, written and directed by Tattooed Millionaire Records’ John Falls (Egypt Central) and the band’s Blake Heimbach and Cris Brown.  Principle scenes in the video were shot in Memphis, TN, where the band is based, at the Memphis International Raceway and historic Elmwood Cemetery. Cris Brown explains about the track, “Lyrics to me should be universal. They should apply to anybody based on what it is they’re going through – their thought processes at the time. We all, as people, have human conditions to associate things that are going on with us and what we’re focused on at the time. ‘Break Me’ is about somebody helping you pick up the pieces that fall behind whenever you’re broken. Sometimes it takes a lot of people to pick up your pieces, no matter what that is; whether it’s drug [Read More]

Scott and his band took to the stage and delivered a magical awe inspiring performance. In an interview with Scott back in 2014, we talked about what he most looks forward to out on the road and he explained this feeling, “I look forward to this feeling that I get onstage… compared to an athlete being “in the zone”. New Live video of Hold On from The Brevet captures a depth of emotion and spirit

July 28, 2016

The Brevet have released a one take Live Video of them performing their track Hold On acoustically and it is a musical gem. Aric Chase Damn comments about the song, “I wrote this when trying to figure out if I still wanted to pursue this career. There is a line in it that says ‘Hold on to me’ and most people assume that’s meant in a romantic way. It’s meant to mean hold on to the pieces that make you you and don’t get swayed by all of the other distractions.” We have all had those moments where we re-evaluate where we are and what we are doing and this song captures the vulnerability of those moments and how it brings clarity through the emotional connection. It is a beautiful track with lyrics that draw you and lift your spirit. Check out the video here: Damn comments in the interview with Pop Matters, “It’s funny. We had actually planned for a entirely different video with our director and good friend Sarah Wilson Thacker. It was suppose [Read More]
