Solo Artist Glenn Symmonds premieres new video for Santa Fe

July 22, 2015

“Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.”  That quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson has always been a favorite of mine. Solo artist Glenn Symmonds seems to be the perfect example of the quote as he has been making his own path with his music after a lineup change in the Eddie Money Band.  Glenn has not only been an exceptional drummer but he is quite a talented singer, songwriter, and all around musician and has an extensive catalog of his solo work. Glenn recently released a music video for his song, Santa Fe which he explains more about the song, The song was written about a family vacation riding the rails… I’m the son of a hobo after all. The video was shot on location in and around Bloomington, Illinois and specifically at the astounding Vrooman Mansion. The entire experience was absolutely amazing and far beyond my expectations! Thank you to the cast & crew for the time, effort, dedication, hospitality & laughter… [Read More]

Tom Keifer releases new video for It’s Not Enough

April 6, 2015

One of our favorite vocalists, Tom Keifer has just released a new video for his song, It’s Not Enough. The song is one of my favorites off his highly acclaimed solo record, The Way Life Goes which has had him busy touring for the past two years. If you don’t already have it, do yourself a big favor and pick it up. It is filled with rockin tracks featuring his beloved signature vocals and emotionally driven lyrics. It truly takes you on a musical journey highlighting emotions and heart felt songs while satisfying your need for rock. The video features footage from his 2014 tour and will have you excited to catch him out live. Check out the video here: Even though Tom suffered some vocal setbacks over the years, you would have never known since his voice can deliver the power notes of his Cinderella hits with as much as passion and intensity as when they were first released. He is spectacular and I can’t wait for him to tour once again.  Check out [Read More]

Interview with BullyWest at DNA Lounge in San Francisco

January 5, 2015

Shortly before Christmas we had the opportunity to catch BullyWest perform at the DNA Lounge for the Jingle Bell Rock and Metal Fest. It was great to see the band perform again as they blew us away when we saw them at the Phoenix Theater in Petaluma earlier this year. They once again proved to be a band to not miss when they come playing at a venue near you. The powerful trio of rockers deliver a sound that blends everything from grunge/rock/alternative/blues/americana and classic rock into their own unique style that will capture your attention every time. We featured vocalist, Manny Velez as Day 8 of our 12 Days of Vocalists and you can read more about that here:  Day 8 of 12 Days of Vocalists. In addition to featuring Manny Velez on guitar and vocals, you have Shane Delea on bass who can rock out as well as deliver some sweet blues on his bass. To round out the trio, you have Bernt Strom on drums giving 150% as he is ferociously [Read More]
