Day 79 on our NAMM Countdown: Elektric Voodoo set to perform at NAMM 2017 Hilton Stage

  For Day 79 on our NAMM Countdown, we wanted to feature Elektric Voodoo, which is set to perform at NAMM 2017 at the Hilton Stage on January 19th.  Elektric Voodoo is a band from San Diego, CA which was started by Scott Tournet (formerly of Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, Blues & Lasers, Solo). The music is a perfect fusion of  afrobeat, deep space blues, latin, psychedelic, and vintage rock & roll. Interview with ÆGES as they kick ass rockin the Aftershock 2016 Festival

One of our Aftershock 2016 featured bands,  ÆGES kicked ass at the festival bringing some rock n roll to the stage.  These guys kick ass and deliver some fierce hooky guitars, rich melodies, big drums and mesmerizing vocals. They have just finished a tour with Chevelle and were rockin fans with a high energy set that instantly won the crowds over.They bring out a nostalgic rock vibe combining varied musical influences and captivating us with their new music.  Earlier this year, they captured our attention with the release of their album, Weightless. Calum Scott set to perform at the Rickshaw Stop on November 2nd in San Francisco

Breakout U.K. artist Calum Scott is coming to San Francisco this week to perform at the Rickshaw Stop on November 2nd. Calum was born in the port city of Hull in Northern England and was a finalist on the 2015 season of Britain’s Got Talent. He is currently at work on his debut album. Of the upcoming tour, Calum says, “I am beyond excited to announce my very first American tour! Bishop Briggs delivered a mesmerizing performance at legendary Fillmore in San Francisco!

We were in attendance to catch Bishop Briggs as they are out on tour with The Wind and the Wave and Kaleo. We first caught Bishop Briggs earlier this year at LIVE 105’s BFD Festival. We had been familiar with the hit song, River which we absolutely loved.  Once you see them perform live, your love for them expands beyond that hit.
