Our Hollow Our Home release new single ” Seven Years”

April 8, 2021

Southhamptons Metalcore-flagship Our Hollow Our Home presented another new song today – “Seven Years (Shine A Light On Me)”. The band comments the song as follows: “Seven Years is a song that delves deep into the struggles of coping with addiction and the feelings of guilt that come with it. The track hits with a rollercoaster of emotions from the onset, using metal-tinged grooves and ferocious growls to set the stage for a ballad-like chorus that is as melancholy as it is infectious. This release will be the fourth single taken from the upcoming album “Burn In The Flood” and is the closing track of the record, making its final message of inward struggle and disappointing those closest to you even more poignant.“ Following the band’s previous singles “Burn In The Flood”, “Remember Me” and “Overcast“, which all received euphoric feedback from their ever-growing fanbase, the same reactions can be expected of their newest song. Excitement grows for their upcoming new record “Burn In The Flood”, which will be released on May 28th through Hollow [Read More]

THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA ANNOUNCE “ZII” EP

April 8, 2021

The Devil Wears Prada can always be counted on to challenge themselves — and the world around them with their music. With their new “ZII” EP, which arrives May 21 via Solid State Records, The Devil Wears Prada did not come to play. It’s a discordant, dissonant exercise in excellence. The band has also planned a livestream event for Saturday, May 15, during which they will play the entire “ZII” EP in full. Fans can purchase tickets along with the pre-order of the EP. The original “Zombie” EP dropped all the way back in August 2010 and remains an intense fan favorite. While not a chronological release in the TDWP catalog, “ZII” is the next chapter. “There’s no question that the ‘Zombie’ EP is a fan favorite and a record that really set the pace for us as a heavier band”, The Devil Wears Prada said, offering insight into this EP in relation to their catalog. “A goal we had for this EP was to pay tribute to ‘Z1’ while honing in on the characteristics [Read More]

Never Loved release new song and announce new album ‘Over It’

April 7, 2021

Following a whirlwind couple of years that saw them featured on Billboard, FLOOD Magazine, Alternative Press, and more, alternative rock band Never Loved is thrilled to announce their debut full-length album, “Over It”. Additionally, the band has shared lead single “On & On It Goes” available now. “Over It” will be released on May 14th via Rude Records and Equal Vision Records and can be pre-ordered now athttp://neverloved.lnk.to/onandon. “It’s amazing to finally announce our debut album to the world. I remember sitting in the studio with Matt back in 2017 when we first recorded ‘Dead Inside’ thinking how amazing it would be to create a full length record with him and here we are”, recalls Cameron Knopp. “At that point in time it felt like a far fetched dream, we didn’t even have a band name then. To to be here now typing this out feels surreal and to be releasing this record on Rude Records/Equal Vision feels even more surreal. This album is a reminder to myself to never give up, to always work [Read More]

CROSSFAITH RELEASE NEW SINGLE ‘REDZONE’

April 7, 2021

Japanese genre-blenders, Crossfaith, have today released a brand new single, “RedZone”. Speaking of the song, frontman Kenta Koie says: “We’re so excited about RedZone. We wrote it for a video game, based on one of Japan’s most famous military sci-fi anime series, GUNDAM. The world is still fighting with COVID-19, and right now we can’t tour outside Japan, but we hope you guys can keep jamming this track until we’re back on the road”. “RedZone” is the second song to be released this year from the genre-five-piece, following February’s “Dead or Alive“. Not normally an outfit that sits still, the band’s 2020 was heavily affected by the global pandemic, but not before the band completed a 23-date UK and European headline tour, in support of their “SPECIES” EP, a release that marked the end of the band’s successful two year “EX_MACHINA” album cycle. While the rest of the world continues to take steps towards normality, Koie is keen to share that the band is still hard at it and that “you can expect more new [Read More]

30 DAYS OF CONCERTS: Day 2 features Falling In Reverse “I’m Not a Vampire” acoustic

April 2, 2021

Day 2 of our 30 Days of Concert Videos features another one of our favorite shows. Falling In Reverse did a series of acoustic shows ahead of their Bury The Hatchet Tour. They played a great set at Slim’s in San Francisco on October 29, 2013.  It was phenomenal to catch this band in such an intimate venue playing some of my favorite songs. The energy was infectious and was a performance that truly set a high bar for acoustic shows. We would like to feature their acoustic performance of  “I’m Not a Vampire”. You can watch our concert videos on our Instagram IGTV as well as our Youtube channel.
