NAMM HIGHLIGHT: Xander and The Peace Pirates perform at the Gibson Booth.

Earlier this month, we told you about an incredible band, Xander and the Peace Pirates and how they were the TOP HIGHLIGHT OF THE CES 2014 Convention. Well, they did it again at NAMM. During a week where you literally have hundreds and hundreds of artists performing at various booths, it can be quite challenging to figure out who you are going to see and spend your day. It wasn’t hard for us, since I knew I wanted to see the Xander Brothers live.  There was no question about that.

We headed over to the intimate stage setting in the Gibson Booth and got there just in time as Xander and the Peace Pirates began. It was awesome! There is just something about this band that you can literally get goose bumps from listening to them. Their music emits raw emotion and you can’t help but feel the passion from their music.

These brothers have a great bluesy rock sound that just penetrates your soul. With Xander and The Peace Pirates you are treated to two fantastic musicians, one being a one armed lead guitarist that will have you in awe of his playing. Xander and the Peace Pirates are brothers Keith and Stuart Xander and when you watch them, they both are always smiling and having such a great time. Here are some photos from our Rockin Ryan of their set at Gibson:

The first time I listened to them was their song, “This City” and it has such a funky groove, you are drawn in. The vocals came in and I was hooked with no turning back. Xander and The Peace Pirates are definitely my favorite new find of 2014! Their Twitter bio says, “The only solution to this soul pollution will be a spiritual revolution.”  and damn that is the truth. So get ready for a spiritual revolution with their music.

What an amazing performance from these two! They not only provide inspiration to all of us, they take us on a emotionally touching journey with their words and notes and leave us absolutely speechless!  If I lived in Liverpool, I would make the Cavern Club my permanent home so I wouldn’t miss any of their performances.  I hope they return for a full tour here in the USA, they are definitely the true crowd pleasers.

Make sure to visit  their social media sites to stay up to date on their latest news. Check out another of their fantastic songs, “Dance With the Devil

This will definitely be the year for Xander and The Peace Pirates and their spiritual revolution.

~ Enjoy, Marisol
