Revel Bliss will have you celebrating some new punk infused rock!

Revel Bliss truly exemplifies it’s namesake. Revel verb to mean: enjoy oneself in a lively and noisy way, esp. with drinking and dancing and Bliss noun to mean: perfect happiness; great joy. That is exactly how you will feel when you take a listen to Revel Bliss, you can’t help but enjoy yourself and feel perfect happiness.

Straight from the small South Bay community of Alviso, Revel Bliss, is the solo project by the highly talented, Styles. Styles, who is in two other bands but as he explains, “My main focus is Revel Bliss, mainly because It’s a silhouette of my existence something I hope for all to see very, very soon.” I am also excited for you to all hear his new music since it is filled with bad ass guitar riffs, penetrating vocals, energetic rock infused with punk and even metal. Together Styles has created his own unique sound that you have to hear.

Styles, at twenty one, has been playing guitar since he was fifteen and as he says, “I was hooked on music the second I picked it up and it was my only ever escape from the world I was shoved in to. I began playing bass when I was eighteen or so. I started singing when I was twenty.” Styles has taken the Dave Grohl approach to his music, instead of waiting around for band members who are just as dedicated as he is, he has taken a 100% hands on approach to creating his new music. He explains:

“So one day I said ta hell with this I’ll go practice singing and go solo. I’ve always been the do it myself kinda person so it worked out. That’s what started the illuminating spark for Revel Bliss. I figured how bout start something completely my own then fish for band members that are interested in my music.
For live shows I sing and perform most of the guitar solos. In the recorded tracks I play rhythm guitar, lead guitar, bass and put together the drum parts with beat software. I also did the recording and mixing.”

Revel Bliss will be officially releasing it’s debut album, “Love, Life, Death and Hate” in the Summer of 2014 and will keep you posted on dates.
