Fierce rock band, Forever Still from Denmark releases video for The Last Day

Hailing from Copenhagen, Demark is Forever Still and these fierce rockers are ready to take over the music scene with their female fronted rock band. In a time when the music scene is suffering such an identity crisis and people are busy placing labels and genres on a band’s music, along comes along Forever Still and is breaking the mold of Rock and Roll. Their intense sound can take you from catchy melodies, passionate vocals to smoldering guitars and energetic drumming. Like Monroe signs a record deal with Good Fight/Entertainment One Music!

We are excited to share with you some great news about one of our featured bands, Like Monroe have just announced they have inked a record deal with Good Fight/Entertainment One Music. Guitarist, Chris Deckards says, “We are excited and honored to join the eOne / Good Fight family. This is honestly a dream come true for all of us and we can’t wait to share our music with the world. We have been writing this album our whole career as musicians and we can’t wait to share our experience, strength and hope with all of you.” The yet to be titled LP is set for a Summer release and will be produced by Drew Fulk who is known for his work with Motionless In White & Upon a Burning Body. Countdown of 14 Bands that will rule 2014! 11 goes to We As Human

We are counting down the top 14 bands that we think will rule 2014. Today is our day 11 and we are pleased to present We As Human for that honor. We As Human have had quite a successful year with the release of their self titled debut album and toured extensively in 2013. This year was the first time I heard We As Human and they really became the talk of the scene and within weeks everyone was getting to know their name. We were excited to catch them at the Aftershock Festival where they started the festival off with a kick ass in your face set. They were the first band of the day and everyone was rushing to get in to check them out after they hit the stage and played the first notes of their song. The Pretty Reckless release incredible new song, Heaven Knows!

I just got back from running errands and I had a very special treat! I had the opportunity to listen to the new song by The Pretty Reckless, “Heaven Knows”. They debuted the song this morning on Sirius XM Octane channel (funny since I cancelled by XM last month because they cancelled Sixx Sense channel and I still get it free for the next month). DAMN this song is AMAZING! It has an old school rock circa Joan Jett/Runaways vibe and the catchiest sing along part on the air today. The song will become available for purchase on Itunes on Tuesday November 19th! Taylor has truly proven to be a Rock Goddess that is on top of the charts these days. The song comes off their upcoming album, Going To Hell which is scheduled for a 2014 release date.
