Watch the newly released trailer for As I AM: The Life and Times of DJ AM. The documentary is set for a nationwide 30+ city tour. Eve to Adam release music video for Lucky

  Eve to Adam have come out of the studio with a brand new stack of tracks produced by mega producer Michael “Elvis” Baskette (Slash, Tremonti, Trivium) offerring their latest song “LUCKY”. The new single has been dominating airplay and now they have released a music video. Directed by Brandi Jamison & Lawrence Coleman III ofLc3 Films. “LUCKY” has also recently landed into the anticipated film “Fight Valley”, due out July 2016, featuring MMA Superstars Miesha Tate, Holly Holm, and Cris Cyborg. AM Taxi will have you fall back in love with the mixtape as they release, Semi-Confessional

Long before the Ipods, MP3 players, shared playlists, or cds, there was the mixtape. It was the true symbol of youth culture and a musical gem that you would listen to, from front to back. It would become the soundtrack of your life and experiences. They would include a mix of songs and styles, tell stories through the songs,  maybe even some bonus tracks or stripped down acoustic songs, they were special. Many  artists have continued the tradition of creating mixtapes but I would have to commend AM Taxi for their new limited edition mixtape, Semi-Confessional. This is the mixtape gem! From the first time we played it we were grinning ear to ear. It is refreshing to have true ear porn in this world, instead of the clamor of auto-tune, genre mix-ups/blunders, and incoherent blabber! Coldrain from Japan release epic new video for The Story that captures their live performance

Japanese rockers Coldrain have just released an epic new video for their song, The Story. The video captures their high energy live performance where they always deliver 150% on stage. Front man and lead vocalist, Masato Hayakawa comments, The video was filmed at our biggest one man show to date with 3,000 of our amazing fans in Tokyo, Japan. ‘The Story’ is about not letting your fears take over your life. Lacuna Coil adds dates for second leg of North American Delirium Tour

Lacuna Coil are gearing up for their North American Delirium Tour this May. They will be kicking off their tour starting in San Francisco on May 7th. Sunflower Dead announce new tour dates for Spring/Summer

Sunflower Dead are going to have quite a busy year as they continue to announce tour dates in support of their recent album, It’s Time To Get Weird.  They released the album last October through their own label, Bloody Bat Records. The album was produced by Dave Fortman (Evanescence, Godsmack, Slipknot) and Mikey Doling (Gemini Syndrome) and consists of 12 new tracks. The title track features KORN’s Jonathan Davis on vocals. The infectious rockers will be teaming up with Avatar, Hellyeah and In This Moment respectively on a trek that will take them across the US. This will provide you with many chances at catching their kick ass live show. AM Taxi release live studio video of Shake, Rattle and Stall

AM TAXI is one of the first bands we ever featured on Music Junkie Press, nearly six years ago as we embarked on our music site journey. From the first time we saw them opening up for The Spill Canvas at Slim’s in San Francisco, we were blown away and instantly fell in love with their music which was a blend of punk and rock with captivating gritty vocals. They have persevered through lineup changes and a label that I think didn’t truly appreciate the honest true talent that was right in front of them.  AM Taxi is one of our favorite bands with a sound that is addictive in every sense. They are definitely back on the music scene and are working on releasing a mixtape, Semi-Confessional on May 13th. They recently released a video which was shot at the IV Lab Studio in Chicago and filmed by Press Photoraphy Network Inc. It features the band performing Shake, Rattle and Stall.
