It is time to welcome the Marty Ray Project into your life!

June 6, 2013

I know a lot of you know me for my intense love for rock and roll but you also should know that I have a soft spot for really good country music.  Well my passion for country has just been satisfied.  It has been a long time since I have had my affection for country music peaked in any way. It is time for you to hear A Story Beneath

These three guys come together with driving rhythms, melodic chords blended with some powerful rock reminiscent of Silverchair, early Tool and Incubus but they definitely have a sound of their own.  Once you start listening to them, believe me, you might not stop. They currently play one of my new “Go To” Songs, “Chamelion”. This song just gets up in me and has me revived in an instant. Make sure to check it out on their Reverbnation page or on their band profile from Facebook.  A Story Beneath has as a lot of great things ahead for them. They currently are in the Battle of the Bands competition to play the Ernie Ball stage at this year’s Warped Tour. You can vote [Read More]
