We As Human interview and highlights from Aftershock Festival

September 18, 2013

This past weekend was one of the largest (if not, the largest!) festival in California; Monster Energy Aftershock Festival held in Sacramento over the weekend.  Saturday morning, We As Human  from Nashville, TN were the first band to play the main stage and they truly set the perfect tone for the weekend. HIGH ENERGY, IN YOUR FACE, BALLS TO THE WALL, ROCK N ROLL! Sometimes festivals start off with a band that puts out a mediocre performance and then builds them throughout the day. Well this time, that was not the case. We As Human came out and just got the crowd energized and ready to Rock. Fans with their fists in the air, came running up to the main stage as they walked through the gates, completely drawn in by their music. Who are the guys behind We As Human? Well, you have Justin Cordle on Vocals, Adam Osborne on Drums, Jake Jones and Justin Forshaw on Guitars and Dave Draggoo on Bass. Combined, you have a band that not only delivers intense music but creates a bond with [Read More]

Righteous Vendetta release video for “This Pain”

September 17, 2013

I love Metal with clean vocals and a lot of kick ass double bass. My prayers have been answered as I put on some Righteous Vendetta! These guys completely deliver everything you want in Metal and more! They have recently released their Official Music video for their KICK ASS song, This Pain. Singer Ryan Hayes told Noisecreep, “‘This Pain’ was a song that came to us as we witnessed people in our personal lives become victim to suicide. The song exists to speak to both young and old that no matter what pain you may be going through in life it can be overcome. Love is the key and it is all around us. The video was a visual representation of what we wanted ‘This Pain’ to be.” Check it out here:  These guys truly know how to give us what we want with clean metal vocals, heavy double bass and shredding guitar work.
