Buckcherry release video for new single “Wrath”

November 7, 2013

Rockers Buckcherry have just released a new music video for their bad ass single, “Wrath” which is off of their “Confessions” album. This is definitely a rockin fight song. As Josh Todd says, “They say it’s the quiet ones you gotta look out for, you know why? Because they keep all their WRATH inside… This is a fight song, fuck the system or the system fucks you!”   Check out the video here:      A couple months back we say Buckcherry as they performed at the Aftershock Festival in Sacramento and we had a chance to talk with Stevie D. backstage and here is that video for you:   If you don’t have it yet,  make sure to pick up their latest album, “Confessions” and you can even pick up some merch bundle packs here. Visit their social media sites so you can stay up to date on upcoming shows and the latest Buckcherry news! Volbeat photo and video highlights from Aftershock

October 28, 2013

Aftershock Festival was amazing with over 30+ bands in the two days and over 35,000 attendees. Many of those fans were there to see the amazing show that Volbeat put on. I have seen Volbeat five times but this was the first time that I got to see Rob Caggiano play with them. It was an awesome set and they sounded so spot on! They played my favorites Fallen, A Warrior’s Call and my new favorite, Lola Montez. I just love that song soooo much. Check out the video that Rockin Ryan made of “A Warrior’s Call” set to footage and photos from their Aftershock set. One thing is for sure, when Volbeat performs, you really feel the energy from the crowd as well as the band. They create such an intensity that you just can’t help but be drawn to them. It was great to see people who had never seen them before, enjoy the show and called it one of their Festival highlights! Make sure you have your copy of “Outlaw Gentlemen and [Read More]

Motorhead release “Aftershock” Today!

October 22, 2013

Today is the day for the  new release, “Aftershock” by Motörhead. Talk about a band that can keep putting out incredible in your face original “heavy rocky n roll”. Here is a band that is coming up on a 40 year history and is still rockin like the first years. Lemmy Kilmister started this band back in 1975 and over they years they have had lineup changes with guitar and drums but Lemmy has KICKED ASS throughout. So make sure to head over to your local music store or Itunes and pick up your copy! Some of my absolute favorites are Heartbreaker, Lost Woman Blues, Dust and Glass, Silence When You Speak To Me, and Paralyzed. It is hard because there are a lot to choose from. Lost Woman Blues really brings out a fantastic blues vibe and highlights Lemmy’s vocals.  Phillip’s guitar work takes a hold of me and I am in another dimension, I love it!  “Queen of the Damned” is another ferocious track that brings the intensity from the first note to [Read More]

Heaven’s Basement makes quite an impression on San Francisco!

October 15, 2013

Last month we told you how UK rockers Heaven’s Basement really stole the show at the Ernie Ball stage during the Aftershock Festival. You can read more about that here. Well this past weekend, Heaven’s Basement made their debut appearance in San Francisco at Slim’s where they were performing with The Pretty Reckless and Louna. The lineup alone was incredible as it had British, American and Russian bands touring together on the Going to Hell Tour and they really put on quite a show. Shortly before their set, we had the opportunity to interview Sid Glover and Aaron Buchanan as they told us about what other countries they look forward to touring next.  We are pleased to bring you the interview from Slim’s right here:   Heaven’s Basement truly has an incredible electrifying stage presence. These four guys give a 150% of themselves out on that stage and it continues from the first note to the last song.  It is amazing to watch as they must high octane adrenaline running through those veins.  Aaron definitely has an amazing talent to [Read More]

Interview & Photos of Pop Evil at Aftershock Festival

September 23, 2013

Last week at the Aftershock Festival I had the pleasure of seeing one of my favorite bands live for the 1st time!! I have had several missed opportunities at catching a Pop Evil concert for the last couple years. This time, there was nothing getting in my way. I headed over from the Media Tent to the Ernie Ball stage as fast as I could since Halestorm was taking the main stage.  Then as I got closer and closer to the Ernie Ball stage, it was packed die hard Pop Evil fan’s like myself. It is so hard when these festivals have conflicting stage times but it was incredible to see the crowd at the Ernie Ball stage and Pop Evil dominated every second of their set. They truly captivate the audience and everyone was singing along to Trenches and Deal with the Devil.  They also played one of my absolute favorites from their new Onyx album, Goodbye My Friend. They have such great stage presence and owned that stage with their adrenaline filled [Read More]
