Clutch release new single “Red Alert”

American groove rockers Clutch have released their new single and video titled “Red Alert (Boss Metal Zone)”. The track is available from all DSPs. Frontman and lyricist Neil Fallon explains: “In early 2021 I learned that the Boss Metal Zone pedal schematic was presented as ‘proof’ that the Covid-19 vaccine had an electronic component to communicate with 5G cellular networks. That was nonsense, of course. It sounded like a Philip K. Dick-story. I didn’t want to write a song specifically about Covid-19 vaccines, so I used Philip K. Dick (again). “Do Android’s Dream of Electric Sheep?” came to mind (particularly replicants showing what’s real and what’s not real, or is there even a difference?) The video makes no bones about the fact that it’s a homage to Philip K. Clutch bringing the fun to stage out on their current tour

Clutch made a stop on their tour last Thursday in San Francisco at the Regency Ballroom.  The tour opened with a rockin set by  Tyler Bryant & The Shakedown and a high energy set from Sevendust.  The venue grew packed as Clutch took the stage and the fun began.  One thing is certain, you can never stand still during a Clutch performance and it rang true Thursday night. Clutch brings the Psychic Warfare Tour to the Regency Ballroom in San Francisco

Clutch has been out on their Psychic Warfare World Tour and we were happy to catch them in San Francisco at The Regency Ballroom. The venue was filled with anxious fans who erupted in cheer as Clutch hit the stage! From start to finish they had the fans fueled with intense adrenaline. For a Sunday night, it was going to be a hard high for those fans to come off of. You couldn’t help but feel alive as their set rocked in stellar fashion. Clutch has some of the most dedicated fans as they would sing along to all their favorites. The great thing to see is that over the years and their successful career, they continue to draw in the younger generation as well. Clutch’s new album, Psychic Warfare is definitely a contender on our Top Albums of 2015

  As we are winding down the year and taking a good hard look at all the incredible albums of 2015 that have been released, Psychic Warfare by Clutch has become a strong contender for top honors. The album which was their 11th studio album was released last month  and was produced by longtime producer Machine (Lamb Of God, Every Time I Die).  It is a hearty 12 track album that will have you taking another hard look at Clutch and appreciate all the years of hard work that this band has consistently put in. You can’t help but be blown away with X-Ray Visions as it takes you on a journey through paranoia and delivers a kick ass track. Clutch have a special limited edition vinyl to release on Record Store Day

You know that I have a passion for vinyls and every day is Record Store Day in our house! But it is nice to see people get back into the love of vinyl, even if it is just for one day. Well this Saturday, April 18, 2015 Clutch will be releasing From Beale Street To Oblivion on vinyl for the first time. This is a limited colored vinyl double LP in a gatefold jacket. Clutch announce a fall U.S. Tour and Earth Rocker Deluxe Edition will release in June

Clutch has quite a summer ahead of them. First on June 10th, their awesome classic album, Robot Hive/Exodus will receive collector’s edition double vinyl release.  It will definitely be one for the collection. Then later on June 24th Clutch will be releasing Earth Rocker as a triple deluxe set (2 CD/1 DVD) through Weathermaker Music.
