Monster Enerty Outbreak Tour kicks off in San Francisco with Issues and more.

March 20, 2016

The Monster Energy Outbreak Tour kicked off this past weekend in San Francisco at The Regency Ballroom. The tour features Issues, Crown the Empire, ONE OK Rock and Night Verses. With the diverse lineup, it drew in a great crowd. The night kicked off with a nice heavy dose of genre-defying music by Night Verses. With their dark lighting and high energy, they created an intense energy that got everyone pumped. Check out some photos: Next up was the amazing rock band from Japan, ONE OK Rock. I was looking forward to seeing them again since being first introduced to them at Vans Warped Tour a couple years back and seeing them at Aftershock 2015. They delivered a flawless set with unrivaled high energy. The energy these guys bring to the stage is infectious and you can’t help but feel the adrenaline flowing through you as they play.  They are jumping around the stage as their adrenaline can’t be contained. You couldn’t help but be in awe of the jumps and stage performance. We were [Read More]

These last days the news around Crown The Empire just won’t stop pouring in. On October 30th the Deluxe edition of The Resistance was released. There’s four new songs on the record. One of them, ‘Prisoners Of War’, was already released a while ago. The newest music video is for the song ‘Cross Our Bones’. Check it out here: and… Benn Suede (guitar) has left the band. Many people noticed that he was absent for a while on pictures, interviews and live performances. A few days ago the band and Benn released their statements on him leaving the band. There’s no beef between the guys, which is always good to hear. Here’s the statement of the band “Benn has chosen to leave Crown The Empire. While this might come as a shock to a lot of you, we as a band have known this was coming for quite some time. Every group has its internal dynamic, and for Benn, he eventually realized that he wanted to explore other opportunities outside of that.  Although [Read More]

Crown The Empire returns to Sacramento for the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour

November 29, 2014

As we continue with our coverage of last night’s Monster Energy Outbreak Tour stop in Sacramento, I hope you checked out our articles on  Sworn In and Like Moths to Flames. Next up for the night was one of our favorite bands, Crown The Empire. This was the fourth time seeing them this year and they once again delivered a spot on set. They have had quite a busy year with non stop touring and the great success of their latest album release, The Resistance: Rise of the Runaways. It appears with the energy they bring to the stage, there is no slowing down in sight for these guys. They are dedicated to always delivering 150% to each and every show. They definitely had a strong fan presence in the crowd as you could tell by everyone singing along to each song. They played crowd favorites like Rise of the Runaways, Machines, Bloodline and even finished it off with an amazing performance of The Fallout. They completely rocked the venue and you couldn’t help but be in awe [Read More]

Munich Concert review – Asking Alexandria w. Secrets, Crown The Empire and The Ghost Inside

October 20, 2014

Concert review – Asking Alexandria w. Secrets, Crown The Empire and The Ghost Inside, Contributed by Alexandra Munich, Tonhalle, October 17th, 2014 Shortly before doors opened at 6pm there was already a long queue around the corner that soon started moving. The show was sold out, so some people were on the lookout for tickets without any luck though it seems. The first band, Secrets, entered the stage at exactly 7pm. It was their second time in Germany. They opened up and seemed to have an immediate impact on the audience. They later sold many CD’s in the merch booth which speaks for itself. Second on were Crown The Empire. It was their first time in Germany and I’m pretty confident not their last. Their set started with the opening tunes of their latest album ‚The resistance‘. They played mostly songs from that album, like Machines, Bloodline and Initiation. For the song ‚Rise of the Runaways‘ Brian Escamilla, second man on vocals, also picked up a guitar. With three guitars on stage the sound was [Read More]
