Alien Ken, new album “Change is Constant” is a must have for rockers!

March 21, 2016

Alien Ken is back at it with a new album, Change is Constant which is the follow up to his debut Contact which was released in 2014.  The new album is a full on straight up bad ass ROCK ALBUM! There is no smoke and mirrors, gimmicks or bandwagon songs, this is one complete album that will ROCK YOU. The mysterious and eccentric Alien Ken from Zeta Reticculi/Norway first captured our attention with his debut album and now has us completely hooked with his new songs. The album kicks right off with Dualstar that draws you in with the powerful gritty vocals and fierce guitars. Check out the video for the track which was recorded in Frog Leap Studios by Arvid Tjelta:   Concrete Plastic starts off with a punk angsty intro and then catapults into commanding vocals, chunky guitars and fist in the air rock. Veni Vidi Vici is one of my personal faves and has a sweet blues feel dipped into smoking guitars and high energy. Third has a theatrical dark feel and really [Read More]

New video out now from Matt Nathanson for Adrenaline

February 10, 2016

Matt Nathanson just released his new video for his track, Adrenaline. It is an infectious new song that really captures the longing for someone or someone. Matt comments about the video and  song, REAL psyched on this one. THE ‘ADRENALINE’ VIDEO! about a year ago i stumbled on an artist named 2wenty who creates INCREDIBLE images using lights and long exposures. no computer generated tricks. this is his first foray into video. “adrenaline” is a song about longing. and los angeles. and the lost hours between midnight and dawn. and he nails it. i can’t think of anyone else’s images that even come close. Check out the new video here: Make sure to visit his social media sites and stay up to date on his latest news. ~ Enjoy, Marisol Information& Links: Website:  www.mattnathanson.com Facebook: www.facebook.com/mattnathanson Twitter: www.twitter.com/mattnathanson Youtube: www.youtube.com/mattnathanson iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/matt-nathanson/id2918711

Chat with members of The Deadlies at NAMM 2016

February 2, 2016

We were excited when we ran into a couple of the guys from The Deadlies at this year’s NAMM Convention. They blew us away last year at BottleRock 2015 and this year they return to BottleRock 2016. One thing is certain, they truly bring the party to the stage as they will blow you away with their fun in the sun kick ass set!   Check out our interview with Bob and James at NAMM here: The Deadlies can be described as a California surf punk/rock band with a little Honky Tonk and Country thrown in.  One thing is for sure, when you listen to The Deadlies, you can’t help but move around and have some fun! They are “paying homage to the Ventures Dick Dale and the Chantays as well as the California Honky-tonk sound of Buck Owens and Dwight Yoakam while keeping an under lying presence of the California surf punk scene that brought us the Dickies, Agent Orange and Top Jimmy and the Rhythm Pigs.” They are set to perform on Friday, [Read More]
