June 9, 2016

Get ready! JACKYL is set to release their 8th studio album this August. Their new album titled ROWYCO (The album cover will give you the hint for what it stands for!) will be released on August 5th via Mighty Loud Records. Lead singer Jesse James Dupree comments, “This will be an exciting year. With the album’s release timing perfectly with the grand opening of the Full Throttle Saloon, in Sturgis, South Dakota. The original location burned to the ground last year AND they are building back bigger and better than ever.”  The Full Throttle Saloon enjoyed a 6 year run of a hit reality television show of the same name, which documented owner Michael Ballard and Jesse’s struggles to get the bar up, running and profitable during the world’s largest motorcycle rally. The first single, appropriately titled Rally will become the anthem track for summer. I took a listen and it really kicks ass. It is one of those tracks that you will have to crank it up loud so they neighbors hear it! You [Read More]

Check out new song from 3 Pill Morning off upcoming new album, Never Look Back

June 7, 2016

Hard rockers 3 Pill Morning have released details of their upcoming new album. Their sophomore album titled Never Look Back is set to release on July 29th with The Fuel Music. Never Look Back was successfully funded with the help of fans via PledgeMusic.com, and features a guest vocal performance from Charlie Scene of Hollywood Undead. They  have just released a lyric video for their new song, Electric Chair. Vocalist Jeff Stebbins commented on the track: “Unfortunately almost everyone goes through a nasty moment in their life where someone you care about does something to violate your trust. The emotion, the ugly words that transpire, the feeling of solitary confinement and essentially being ‘executed’ by people you thought cared is a really brutal experience. ‘Electric Chair’ is such a strong image of that period of time.”  Check out the video here: You can pick up the new track by  heading over to iTunes here or Amazon here. Upcoming shows: 5/25 – Sioux Falls, SD @ Bigs Bar 6/15 – Crest Hill, IL @ Bada Brew 6/18 [Read More]

Pop Punk band Something More premieres new song, Distance & Space

June 2, 2016

Pop Punk band Something More is gearing up for the June 10th release of their upcoming EP, Dogs via Common Ground Records. They are premiering their new song, Distance & Space. Guitarist Nate Swartz comments about the song, “Distance & Space is a feel good, upbeat song promoting change and not being afraid of what the future holds,” shares guitarist Nate Swartz of Something More. “On the surface, it’s about seeing someone after you’ve ended your relationship with them and realizing that it doesn’t mean you can’t have a new relationship with that person. The idea of accepting and embracing change, and having a positive attitude toward it, is the best way to make sure things work out, even if they are different. A lot of people struggle with change, ourselves included, and this song is a reminder that things get better.” Take a listen to Distance & Space here: You can also check out a video for their first single, Talk In Circles here: The new EP is now available to pre-order on iTunes, which [Read More]
