August 10, 2016

Tuesday night at AT&T Park in San Francisco was a magical one. It was time for legendary rockers Guns N Roses to perform their  “San Francisco date for Not In This Lifetime Tour“. We arrived early to the stadium as many fans were gathered around to catch a glimpse of their idols as they sound checked early in the day. They were meeting up with other fans reminiscing about the last time they saw GnR, sharing stories of their favorite songs and creating friendships over their love of GnR. The official Guns N Roses Not In This Lifetime Merch truck was there early and gave everyone a chance to pick up their favorites before the show. The night kicked off with a stellar set by The Struts as they got the crowd riled up and ready for a night of non-stop ROCK. We have been fans of The Struts for a while now and it was amazing to see this fast rising band from UK capture the attention of the crowd and make many more new [Read More]

BottleRock Napa

The Struts are our BottleRock Napa 2016 highlight!

June 1, 2016

BottleRock Napa 2016 was a complete success featuring 80 musical acts, Michelin starred chefs, gourmet food, vendors and much more.  With performances by Stevie Wonder, Florence+ The Machine, Walk the Moon, Lenny Kravitz, Red Hot Chili Peppers and many more, there was a variety of musical acts to satisfy everyone.  We must point out that while many where drawn to the lineup by the headliners, there was one band in particular, that truly stole the show. The rock n rollers The Struts from Derby, UK had the crowd on their feet rocking out. They gave everyone a true rock show, complete with glam fashion, compelling stage presences and songs that invited the crowd to join in the rock revolution. Throughout the festival, when we asked many about which bands were their highlight, time and time again, The Struts topped the list! It is no surprise since we felt that exact exhilaration the first time we saw them perform live with Motley Crue in Las Vegas last year. You can’t help but feel that you are [Read More]

The Struts deliver stellar performance as they kick off their U.S. Tour

March 31, 2016

It was a Monday night in Santa Barbara and the line to the Velvet Jones venue was long and filled with excited music lovers. It was the opening night for The Struts as they began their US headlining tour and Santa Barbara was the first stop. The show had been sold out for a while and we couldn’t wait to see them. We first caught The Struts live as they opened for Motley Crue in Las Vegas in December. They blew us away, and to be able to see them in a much more intimate venue such as Velvet Jones, was a dream come true. The diverse crowd which included fans of all ages were anxiously awaiting the show. The night kicked off with a great set from alternative rockers, The Shelters. They have such raw energy that grabs your attention and has you instantly hooked. Check out some photos by our Rockin Ryan: The energy continued on as Bleeker hit the stage. They brought a garage-grunge rock vibe to the crowd, complete with hooky heavy sounds [Read More]
