MAE set to perform Live StageIt on June 7th and “Destinations: B-Sides” set to release on Vinyl

Influential Norfolk rock band Mae is celebrating the ten-year anniversary of their classic debut album Destination: Beautiful and fan coveted compilation Destination: B-Sides with an intimate one-time-only online performance at StageIt.com on June 7th. The show will feature the band performing from their studio and interacting with fans, all streaming live online and on mobile devices for ticket-holders. Tickets are available now at  http://spr.tn/maegeit.  Spartan Records has also announced plans to release Destination: B-Sides on limited edition vinyl record for the first time in the near future.  The album will be available for pre-order on an exclusive vinyl variant during the band’s StageIt performance and a portion of the proceeds raised from the performance will go towards re-recording of additional tracks, which will be included on the first ever vinyl pressing of the album. Balance and Composure set to release Album and Fall Tour with Coheed and Cambria

Pennsylvania alternative rock band, Balance and Composure are set to release their new album on September 10th via No Sleep Records. I am truly excited about this one! Titled, “The Things We Think We’re Missing” is their second album and I have already heard one of the songs off it, Reflection and it has me eagerly counting the downs down until the full album release.  Balance and Composure have to be my new favorite indie-alternative band! I just heard Tiny Raindrop, another single from the new album and it brings back my love of the 90’s when alternative music captivated my attention and didn’t blur the lines with sub-genres.!  Their music reminds me of a mixture of Toad the Wet Sprocket, Blur and School of Fish.
