Capsize announce West Coast Tour Dates for February

San Diego’s Capsize have announced a West Coast headlining tour set to start on February 13 in Van Nuys at White Oak and wrap up on February 28th in Anaheim at the Chain Reaction. They will have support from To The Wind and Exalt. Capsize comments,

“We are very stoked to put on our own US headliner for the first time since our album was released and we could not be happier with the support either. To The Wind is an awesome band from Seattle. If you dig bands like Stick To Your Guns or The Ghost Inside, you are going to love To The Wind. Exalt is coming down from Canada and if you have not heard them yet, take a minute to check them out. Fast and angry is an understatement with these guys. If you are on the West Coast and want to stay up to date on hard working, up-and-coming bands, you need to be at these shows.”

Tickets for the US headliner will go on sale at 12pm PST on Friday, January 9, atcapsize.soundrink.com. In addition to the West Coast tour, this week they will begin their first ever headline tour in Japan. Capsize have been quite busy with some non stop touring in support of their debut full length album, The Angst In My Veins which was released last year. The album was recorded with producer Jay Maas (Bane, Defeater) at Getaway Recordings in Haverhill, MA and is out now through Equal Vision Records. The album impressively debuted at No. 13 on the Billboard New Artist Chart, No. 27 on the Hard Rock Chart and No. 53 on the Independent Artist Chart.
