This past weekend 80’s rockers, Motley Crue had a surprise visit from an unruly fan which left Mick Mars on the floor. At their May 4th show in Saskatchewan, Canada shortly after playing their hit, “Primal Scream” a crazed fan jumped up on stage, knocking down Mick Mars and lunging at Vince Neil. What is so concerning is that Mick suffers from a very painful degenerative condition called ankylosing spondylitis (AS) that he has to deal with on a daily basis with the severe chronic pain and stiffness. To top it off, this happened all on his 62nd birthday! What kind of gift is that you mother trucker – eh?
Shortly after the fan rushed to Vince Neil security swiftly took him down and the band members quickly ran to check on Mick Mars. Bassist and Bad ASS Nikki Sixx even gives the crazed fan a gift of his own! A large bootmark to Kickstart his head!!
Just like the lyrics of Primal Scream:
“When I was just a young boy
Had to take a little grief
Now that I’m much older
Don’t put your shit on me”
Believe me, if I was there, I would have done the same thing or maybe, even worse. I think we all would. Big thank you to Nikki for taking care of business. The sheer terror of thinking that Mick could be in worse pain than he already suffers, is enough to enrage all of us. The band then left the stage after Tommy Lee yelling, ” What the fuck is wrong with you, you fucking Idiot?” Well that is something we all want to know! Who is this stupid insensitive Asshole who needs an ass kicking from all of us?

The band did return to a very appreciative crowd and we are glad to hear that Mick is okay. Hopefully, Rhyno is on the mend as well. We wish them the best and can’t wait to catch them at their return to their Las Vegas Residency later this year.
