Our Band of the Day is The Phoenix Within

  Today’s Band of the Day goes to acoustic indie rockers The Phoenix Within.  When you take a listen to them, you can’t help but be drawn to the emotions that their songs bring out. They express such honesty and vulnerability in their music. For example, my favorite track, Sharks and it is wrapped in beautiful sentiment. It is quite astounding at how infectiously catchy that song really is! Take a listen and you will agree. They will soon be releasing their new EP Natalie Rose later this summer. Another exciting thing is that they are looking to perform on the Ernie Ball Stage during Vans Warped Tour. The young rising band, Awesome Hours are gearing up for the release of their full length debut album. Being a fairly new band, surprisingly they have accomplished a lot, already releasing EPs. They are working on getting their full length album finished and have recently released a new single and music video.   I know I have been telling you a lot about how hooked I am on Palaye Royale. Most recently, their song Get Higher kept me sane through my pre-surgery jitters recently. Truly music that soothed my soul and made me feel so invigorated! Time to check out the new video from Nemes for their song, Everest Isle. The video is just as fun as the new song is from this New England indie folk rock band. The infectiously catchy new song captures emotion as well as creating an uplifting vibe. If you ever needed a song to bring you a nudge of determination and a burst of hope, this is that song. AyOH premieres new song Dangerous Questions (featuring Lilly Hiatt)

The Chicago based indie rocker foursome AyOH have just premiered a new song, Dangerous Questions (featuring Lilly Hiatt).   Indie rockers The Penny Serfs are based out of Iowa and they have just released a new music video for their hit song, Dead Love. The song is off their recently released  new album, Like Eating Glass.
