How about a sneak peek at what our local star, Matt Nathanson has in store for us on his new album? Matt has been feverishly working on his new album which will be out this summer. I can’t wait for them to do some shows and hit the road. I have been getting my MATT withdrawals and they aren’t pretty, believe me! I need to get to one of his shows soon to keep my sanity at a a bare minimum. Today Matt debuted his lyric video for his new song, “Mission Bells”. I love this video since so many places are so familiar and to see Matt having fun in the studio is another bonus. Adler announces “Back from the Dead” 2013 Tour Dates!

Adler has just announced their tour dates for their upcoming “Back from the Dead 2013 Tour” today. I am so excited to see them and was so stoked to see that they will be playing at one of my favorite places, The Whiskey A Go Go on May 31st, 2013. I just got our tickets and can’t wait for the show. I know I covered these guys during my 12 Days of Christmas but I just had to repost them since I can’t stop thinking about them!! How about some off the hook hard rock with Jettblack from across the pond. Okay my 80’s and 90’s Rock lovers out there, here is another awesome high powered, energy driven rock band that you are going to fall in love with. I promise on this one! These guys deliver the goods and by the way, it is so nicely packaged… Jettblack are four rockers from High Wycombe, England and started back in 2007. They have cited their influences as “Anything up until 1994”. Well these guys have been touring Europe and we are waiting for our turn to Rock out to this fantastic band. One of my favorite singers has just announced his solo tour to highlight the release of the third edition of his book! Yes, Justin Furstenfeld of Blue October has just announced dates for his solo tour titled, “An Open Book” An Evening with Justin Furstenfeld of Blue October. This coincides with release of the expanded 3rd edition of his book of lyrics and writings dubbed “Crazy Making” due out on April 1, 2013. These shows sound like they are going to be a lot fun and insightful as to the writings of Justin. Included with spoken word by Justin, there will be a Q & A session, and acoustic songs.
