Concert review: Of Mice And Men, Chelsea Grin, Motionless In White and The Devil Wears Prada. By Alex Bock

Wörgl, Komma, June 20st, 2017 It’s summer and it’s festival season. Hundreds of bands are swarming the country and contrary to some years it’s also the perfect weather. During all those big weekend filling events a tour announcement came a few months ago that was kinda surprising, because for one it was only a really small tour (three dates), they only hit smaller venues and it was an awesome combination – Of Mice And Men, Chelsea Grin, Motionless In White and The Devil Wears Prada. Since there was no German date for this line-up I decided to visit my friends in the neighborhood and drove to Wörgl, a small town in Austria, not too far away from the German/Austrian border. First time I’ve been to this venue and I really liked it. It’s a two-story building with entrance, bar and merch on the first floor and the big room with the stage on the second floor. Ashes To Ashes Tour comes to an end in Sacramento with an epic set by Chelsea Grin

This past weekend the Chelsea Grin “Ashes To Ashes Tour” came to an end in Sacramento at the Ace of Spades. It was quite a night and the bands absolutely KICKED ASS from start to finish.  The fans came out early as the line soon wrapped around the block. We arrived just in time to catch one of our favorite new bands, The Family Ruin hit the stage. Chelsea Grin announces Ashes To Ashes Tour with Sworn In, Carnifex, The Family Ruin and Black Tongue

  Another great tour has been announced. Chelsea Grin as announced the Ashes To Ashes Tour presented by Substream and will include special guests Carnifex, Sworn In, The Family Ruin and Black Tongue.  The tour will kick off on March 6th in Murray, UT and wrap up on March 28th  in Sacramento, CA. Chelsea Grin are out on Asking Alexandria’s Moving On Tour and we had the chance to catch them as they made a stop in San Francisco at the Regency Ballroom.  As always, they came out and took over the crowd with intense energy. This was one amazing crowd that literally crowd surfed all night. It was awesome to hear them perform some of their new songs off their album, Ashes To Ashes which was released earlier this year on Razor & Tie Records. Suicide Silence and The Black Dahlia Murder co-headlining the Blackcraft Create Your Own Future Tour

More fall tour dates to announce. We wanted to let you know about the Blackcraft Create Your Own Future Tour which will feature co-headliners Suicide Silence and The Black Dahlia Murder. The lineup will also include Chelsea Grin and Alterbeast. Check out the tour poster here:   The tour will begin in Chicago on October 3rd and run until October 30th in Denver. We are very excited to see a San Francisco date at the legendary Fillmore. We will make sure to bring you complete coverage of the show. I have never had the chance to see the Black Dahlia Murder and I can’t wait to check them out. Suicide Silence were awesome at Mayhem Fest and really gave an unbelievable energetic non-stop set. Chelsea Grin were one of our favorites at this year’s Warped Tour and Alterbeast, I am looking forward to seeing as well for the first time.
