James Bay wins Best British Male Solo Artist at 2016 Brit Awards

Well it comes as no surprise to me that James Bay has won the Best British Male Solo Artist Award at this year’s Brit Awards. His outstanding vocals have captured the attention of music lovers from around the world. As he won the award, he stunned the crowd and received a standing ovation with an unforgettable performance of his RIAA gold-certified single “Hold Back The River” from last year’s chart-dominating Chaos And The Calm [Republic Records]. Check out the new video from indie/blues guitarist/vocalist, Jackie Venson. The track, Back To Eearth comes from Venson’s forthcoming live album, Jackie Venson Live, set for a fall 2016 release. Jackie is the daughter of Austin music staple, Andrew Venson, Jackie’s early drive for music led her to Boston’s Berklee College of Music, where she picked up a guitar for the first time. Throughout the series’ five amphitheater performances, she supported famed country and southern icons Jason Aldean, Tim McGraw and James Taylor. With a 2015 European tour already under her belt, Venson is slated for early 2016 performances across the United States. Pop Rock artist, Isaiah Dominguez has announced the upcoming release of his new EP, The Evergreen State on 2/5/16 The EP is Dominguez’s first full band release, filled with raw live-band sounds that translate into a folksy blend of roots rock and pop inspired by his home state of Washington.
