American Hi-Fi have been called pop, rock, pop punk, alternative and so many more genre titles. The fact remains they are simply a great band creating music that appeals to an audience with a variety of genre loves. That just shows how this band successfully created their own style of alternative rock/pop that is quite deserving of your attention. They are set to release their new album, the first in 5 years, Blood & Lemonade on September 9th through Rude Records. Today American Hi-Fi have released a video for their second single off the album, Golden State and you can check it out here:
Singer Stacy Jones adds: “ We shot the video for Golden State at my studio in Los Angeles. The idea was to shoot the band in the same environment that we made the new record in. We also got some B-roll of us cruising in my ’64 Chevy truck that I have been restoring. The palm trees and sunlight tie in the theme of the song. The Golden State, California, a place that can give you new life if you believe in yourself”.
