Summertime is here and what better way to enjoy it than by checking out the new video by Mainland for their song, Leave the Lights On. The fun video features the band having summertime fun, skating around town and having drinks by the Hudson River. Lead singer Jordan Topf sneers, “Living in the city, I get so bored,” with Julian Casablancas-like aplomb in the track’s bridge, the adolescent energy and colorful nostalgia of these visuals are anything but blasé. ” Check out the video here:
The catchy song is off their 2nd EP, Shiner and it really brings out the fun in the sun California style. Their EP has four tracks of energetic indie-rock that fuses everything from grunge to punk to rock and everything in between. They are the answer for your aural pleasures!
