Slightly Stoopid has quite a busy summer schedule planned ahead of them. They are planned to perform a 75 minute set at the That Tent at this year’s Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival on Saturday June 14th at 6:45 pm. Before they head out to Bonnaroo they will be performing at a few other select festivals prior to embarking on their own tour, the Summer Sessions 2014.
The 25 date “SUMMER SESSIONS 2014” tour marks SLIGHTLY STOOPID’s eighth annual summer amphitheater outing. Helping them deliver the ultimate jam session, this year’s lineup includes D.I.Y. legends NOFX (on select west coast dates), 7-time Grammy winner Stephen Marley (for the entire journey), hip hop icons Cypress Hill (on select west coast dates) and their friends and long-time musical conspirators G. Love & Special Sauce (on select dates). Getting underway July 9 in Eugene, OR, the tour will play along the west and east coasts featuring a stop at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Irvine, CA (7/19) and their annual hometown show at San Diego’s Sleep Train Amphitheater (7/26) as well as shows in Boston, Philadelphia, Asbury Park, Atlanta and many more.
