Fault Line from Upland, California is delivering their new brand of music, “Modern Classic” Rock that they describe as loud/rude aggressive blus/rock n roll. What I call it is a perfect match. These guys hit the stage and they are there to ROCK YOU! I had the opportunity to catch them earlier this year as they performed at the historic Whisky in Hollywood, CA and they were awesome. I truly can’t wait for them to come up North here and do a couple shows. If not, I have no problem heading down South to catch their shows. They are worth it

Fault Line is Brian Karrick on lead vocals, Jeff Mordhorst on Bass, Jeremy Schoen on Lead Guitar and Brett Cramer on drums. They have an album release set for next week, October 1st so mark your calendars!

We are pleased to bring you a quick interview with bassist, Jeff Mordhorst of Fault Line:

Music Junkie Press: You guys truly give a great live performance onstage, do you have any pre-show rituals?

Jeff: Jack Daniels…

Music Junkie Press: What two artists inspired you the most to pursue your career in music?

Jeff: Duff Mckagan and John Paul Jones…..big difference between them but damn they’re good.

Music Junkie Press: The music industry always has musicians doing odd jobs to continue their love for their music, what is the oddest job you have ever done?

Music Junkie Press: If we could peak into your Ipod, what song or artist might I be most surprised at finding in there?

Jeff: Rick James, Give it to me baby….haha he’s just the best

Music Junkie Press: If you could take any song from a completely different genre and turn it into a ROCKIN Fault Line style, what would it be?

Jeff: Idk…maybe Flock of Seagulls,” I Ran”

Music Junkie Press: The ’80s have been an inspiration to all of us true rockers at heart, what ’80s song would you say is your anthem or theme song?

Jeff: It’s so easy from GNR….That’s the song that made me realize I want to play bass and still gets me pumped.

Music Junkie Press: What shows do you currently have coming up?

Jeff: Still in the works on booking them but you can check our Reverbnation or Facebook and they will be there soon.

Music Junkie Press: Where can we get your music and what are your social media site links so we can share them with our audience?
