TOKIO HOTEL ready to launch US Tour with first show in San Francisco, July 27th

TOKIO HOTEL had a highly successful sold out European Tour earlier this year and are now ready to launch the US leg of the “Feel It All World Tour 2015: Part 2 The Club Experience North America”. The tour will kick off next Monday, July 27th in San Francisco, CA at the legendary Fillmore. The headlining tour–with support from De-Code labelmates Pionearand INGLISH on select dates and MXMS–will bring the international superstars coast-to-coast with stops in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, and other major cities along the way. Lead singer Bill Kaulitz comments, “We wanted to bring an arena-like production to small venues and give the fans a unique experience in a more intimate setting. We’ve grown up and so has our music. Wishing Evan Pearce good health as he departs from Ghost Town

  Ghost Town is an amazing band and also a group of guys who consider eachother family.  Earlier this week, Ghost Town had to make the announcement that one of their own was leaving the band for health reasons. They posted the following on their social media earlier this week: Ghost Town regret to announce the departure of Evan Pearce due to health reasons. Evan explains, “Touring has always been difficult for me due to my health and I can no longer continue to tour at the pace demanded by the success of Ghost Town without it further affecting my wellbeing. Kevin, Alix and Manny have all been great and I hope we’ll have the opportunity to collaborate again in the future. I must confess, I have a new addiction. Don’t worry, it is nothing that will harm me, instead it rejuvenates me and gives me the lift I needed to face the world ahead. Runaway Saints set to open for Rod Stewart

There must be something in the water in Orlando Florida.  This Disneyesque town in central Florida has produced the Backstreet Boys, NSync, Matchbox Twenty, C-Note, Katherine Rodriguez, and last week on Music FridayLive! talked with Alex Baugh, the founder of the fast-rising Crazy Carls.  And then I discovered JANANI, another Orlando- based band with fabulous musical chops and a kick-ass frontwoman/cofounder, Janani Vaidyanathan .   Relatively new on the scene, JANANI didn’t release a full EP until last year, Three Step System EP, produced and partially co-written by Brett Hestla, formerly of Creed. But then they took off.   The EP’s single, “Where Was I?” took flight and the band was selected to compete in the Top 8 for the Hard Rock Rising Orlando competition.
