Alternative/electronica rock band ReAktion from Chile release new lyric video

Allow me to introduce you to the fresh new sound of ReAktion, an alternative/electronica rock band from Santiago, Chile. I remember upon my visit to Santiago many years ago, they have such a great feel for highlighting their strengths and uniqueness. That is exactly what you get when you check out ReAktion.   Today’s Band of the Day goes to an absolutely amazing young band. Don’t let their young years fool you. These guys have so much passion and dedication to their music well beyond their years. What is also quite impressive is that their music creates such a strong connection to the listener as it takes them on a musical journey of emotions. With their song, Carry On which was written in December 2013 and dealt with the issue of bullying. The Family Ruin prove they are a set not to miss!

We were excited to see The Family Ruin on the Ashes To Ashes Tour. We have been featuring this amazing rock band from the UK since they were first announced on KBB Records last year. We brought you our review of their kick ass album, Dearly Departed which was released last September and once again we were excited to catch them live! One thing is for sure, they delivered another amazing kick ass set. This time they were at the Ace of Spades for their first time in Sacramento. The crowd loved them! I love it when a band that I really enjoy listening to can match the same intensity of their music as they do live on stage. This is one band that definitely has no problem conquering that battle. Full Devil Jacket premiere new song, The Moment from upcoming album

Full Devil Jacket are just about set to release their much anticipated new album, Valley of Bones on March 31st via eOne Music. It might have been 12 years since their last release but if you have listened to them today, you wouldn’t have guessed it. They are focused, passionate and determined at bringing their big sound rock to your ears. Miggs will have you reminiscing about that one break up that defines you

Miggs have hit it out the park with their new song, Moving On which is the second of their B-side tracks.  The emotionally driven pop rock style song takes you on a storytelling journey through a break up, but in no way is another sad breakup song. Instead, it is infectiously catchy, rich with raw emotional vocals and a melody that will remain long after the song.  It reminds me of another infamous “breakup” song Missing You by John Waite. It completely grabs a hold of you as it nestles into your memory bank and you can relate to that one break up where it was more than moving out, it was Moving On.
