ERASURE release new song, Elevation and pre-order the new album, The Violet Flame

With a nearly 30 year successful history behind them, Erasure have announced they will be releasing a new album, The Violet Flame on September 23rd. The album which was recorded in New York and London and is produced by Richard X and will be the band’s sixteenth studio album release. Erasure have released the first song off the album, Elevation as a one track download on iTunes here. You can check out the song here: THE VIOLET FLAME is available for pre-order and will be available as limited 2CD edition, which features ERASURE’s legendary live performance at Mute’s Short Circuit festival in 2011. Radio Black working on new album and this is definitely one you want to be part of!

It was only a couple weeks ago where we told you about the great new song, Run Away by Radio Black featuring Foo Fighter’s Taylor Hawkins on drums. You can read that original post here. The grunge three piece rock band, Radio Black recorded the song at Dave Grohl‘s studio and home of the famed Sound City mixing console, Studio 606. “Run Away,” is the first song off a to-be-announced upcoming album.
