Captain Capa arrives at Warped Tour and delivers an awesome set at the Beatport Stage

Yesterday, we covered day 1 of our 2 day Vans Warped Tour Coverage and stay tuned for some awesome photos and set reviews. Our first one we wanted to highlight for you was a great electronic music set by Captain Capa. Captain Capa came all the way from Germany to return and perform at this year’s Warped Tour. With a bit of visa and travel delays, yesterday ended up being the first day on Warped Tour and we were glad to catch their set. They were the final set of the night on the Beatport stage but that didn’t stop these two from giving a 110% of their energy into their dynamic EDM music that will have you dancing and moving in no time. Another highlight from Bottle Rock was Smash Mouth

We had listed SmashMouth as one of our featured bands of the Day for Bottle Rock last month and they were awesome last Saturday. We were running around like crazy but we were glad we could make it out to the Miner Stage to catch a few of their songs from their set. It was packed from front to back, side to side. They were truly there to give the fans what they wanted; an absolutely fun time filled with their favorite songs. This band does not need any introduction as almost all of us at one time or another cranked up “All Star” and sang out loud at the top of our lungs. The Highlight of the 2014 Bottle Rock Napa Festival was The Cure!

For the past three months we have been bringing to you our featured artists and bands for the 2014 Bottle Rock Napa Festival. The festival was a great success, very well organized, plenty of parking, shuttles, food vendors, water refilling and phone charging stations. We will continue to bring you our recap of this successful festival but first we wanted to bring you the Highlight of the 2014 Bottle Rock Napa Festival. I don’t think it comes as any surprise, that The Cure has been chosen as the highlight of this year’s festival. The Cure played on Friday night and after a long day of great bands, good food and lots of fun. They started promptly at 7:30 and treated us to a nonstop 2 1/2 hour set.
