California’s best festival Monster Energy’s Aftershock announces set times!

  In our opinion here at Music Junkie Press, California’s BEST festival is Monter Energy Aftershock Festival. Set to be held on the weekend of September 13th & 14th. We have been featuring bands for the past few weeks and they have just announced the set times for the festival. Beauty in the Suffering release new lyric video for Juliet (You’re Mine)

Beauty in the Suffering just finished up their US Summer Tour dates and now are ready to treat you to their new lyric video for their track, Juliet (You’re Mine). The song was written, programmed, arranged, performed, and produced by DieTrich Thrall and features drums from Chris Emery (American Head Charge). The track can be purchased using the “name your own price” model on the band’s Bandcamp here. Check out the lyric video here: The song is a great track with passionate lyrics amid their fresh new industrial metal. It is a fierce track and definitely one to pick up. Farewell, My Love announces the departure of Ryan Howell and Logan Thayer

Farewell, My Love has just announced the departure of vocalist Ryan Howell and guitarist, Logan Thayer. The news was released on their Facebook page and also mentions they will be heading in to the studio this winter to record new music. Tantric set to release Blue Room Archives on September 30th

  Tantric is set to release a compilation of new, unreleased, and acoustic material under the title of “Blue Room Archives” on September 30through Pavement Entertainment. This new release will follow up 2013’s highly successful 5th studio album “37 Channels” which featured many guests such as Shooter Jennings and members of Hinder, 3 Doors Down, Saving Abel and even Leif Garrett. Blue Room Archives includes acoustic versions of the classic Tantric hits “Breakdown” and “Mourning”, as well as, the brand new single “Cynical”. Living Dead Lights announce new singer Brandon Thomas and new European Tour dates

Living Dead Lights have announced their new singer as Brandon Thomas (Bleed The Dream, Phantom Communique) after the amicable departure of Taka Tamada. We are all excited for Brandon to take over reigns as frontman and he had this to say, “I’m pumped as hell to join Living Dead Lights and carry on the front man duties. Singing for a band who works hard and rocks harder is all a guy like me needs. Memphis May Fire is our Aftershock Featured Band of the Day

Memphis May Fire have been quite busy touring in support of their new album, Unconditional. There is no stopping these guys and we are glad to see them coming to perform at this year’s Aftershock Festival. One thing is for sure, get ready for an incredible set. Memphis May Fire are adrenaline fueled and when they hit the stage, they bring it at a 150%. Vocalist, Matty Mullins completely takes control of the crowd and has everyone engaged from the start. These guys have great stage presence and it will be awesome to see them take over at Aftershock.
