Annual “Punk Rock Bowling” Music Festival celebrates it’s 18th year in Las Vegas!

  What started as a music-industry bowling league back in 1999 has become one of the premier punk-rock music festivals in the United States. Punk Rock Bowling celebrated it’s 18th year over Memorial Day weekend in Downtown Las Vegas. It’s been incredibly special to watch the festival grow over the years and develop a life of it’s own (I started going in 2011). Here is what makes Punk Rock Bowling special!   The Festival – Punk Rock Bowling moved to Downtown Las Vegas in 2011. That was my first PRB, and I took a Greyhound bus from San Francisco to see Headliners like the Descendents, Cock Sparrer, and Dropkick Murphys. Get yourself a fix of punk rock with Sharp/Shock, the new band composed of UK exports Davey Warsop (Beat Union, Suedehead), Dan Smith (The Dear & Departed) and American drummer, Korey Kingston (The Aggrolites/Suedehead) have announced the release of their debut album, Unlearn Everything, which will be released this summer on Alkaline Trio’s Heart&Skull Records.   We are excited to announce that Roadrunner Records group Creeper is coming to North America. They have just announced dates for their debut North American headline tour. Their headline tour will kick off on July 20th at Chicago’s Beat Kitchen and wrap up with a show at The Stone Pony Summer Stage in Asbury Park on July 29th alongside The Bouncing Souls. They will then return to the states in September for Chicago’s Riot Fest & Carnival set for September 16th – 18th. Tickets for all dates are on sale today. Tiger Army celebrates record release of their new album with a successful show at Regency Ballroom

Yesterday, Tiger Army released their highly anticipated new album, V•••– and it has already been garnering high praises.  It is definitely an attention grabber. it truly captures a vintage punk rockabilly vibe that will deliver a haunting yet compelling 50’s nostalgia. The record release show was held at The Regency Ballroom and it was a complete success! The night kicked off with a fierce set from The Memphis Murder Men and drew the crowd into their vintage rock n roll punk infused world. Tiger Army brings back that vintage vibe with their new album V•••–

Tiger Army have just released their new album, V•••– today and it is definitely an attention grabber. The rock n’ roll punk band deliver their own signature style in psychobilly rock. They have captured a vintage vibe that will deliver a haunting yet compelling 50’s nostalgia.  The new album can be picked up today via iTunes but after downloading, I would highly suggest heading out to pick up the vinyl. Mean Jeans release fun new rollerblading video for Croozin’
