Normandie release new song & video for ‘Jericho’

August 14, 2020

Stockholm, Sweden’s best kept secret Normandie have today released the stunning single/video ‘Jericho’ (via Easy Life) – the band’s first new music in 2 years since the ‘White Flag’ album which celebrates over 24 Million Global streams to date. We all have our secrets. Whether we’re ready to face them or not, each and every one of us has something buried deep down inside that we desperately keep hidden away from the prying, judging eyes of the rest of the world. But sometimes those secrets become so powerful that they can no longer stay buried, festering and gnawing at our souls so much that they can stop us from living life to the fullest. He didn’t realize it until recently, but singer Philip Strand was harboring one such secret for the longest time. Not anymore. Now, the Normandie singer is ready to open up and share his true story for the first time, and the band’s propulsive, incendiary new single ‘Jericho’ represents the first chapter in that tale. “When we first wrote Jericho I was [Read More]

Raygun Rebels and Johnny Firebird live at the Backstage Munich (social distancing live)

July 22, 2020

It’s been a really long time, since live shows were part of our lives. At the beginning of 2020 we had lots of amazing tours to look forward to. By then the COVID-19 virus had already begun to spread. It affected all of our lives in many ways. People got sick, lost their jobs, schools closed and the kids had to study at home, while many people started working from home. The music industry was hit really hard by the virus. Tours were postponed or canceled and record releases were pushed back. Venues had to close because people weren’t allowed to go outside, let alone meet with others. Every country had its own strategy, depending on the number and increase of infections. In many countries, it seems that the measures that were taken are slowly paying back. A few weeks ago, they allowed smaller shows to happen in Germany, seated and with an appropriate distance between the people. By now they increased the numbers in Munich to 200 people indoors and 400 outdoors. Most venues [Read More]

Dirty Honey delivers high energy Rockin set at Slim’s in San Francisco!

February 27, 2020

Last night, the place to be in San Francisco was Slim’s! Dirty Honey rolled into town and delivered an epic high energy Rock N Roll set. The night kicked off with UK rockers, The Amazons. It was their first time playing in San Francisco and they definitely won over the crowd. Check them out here: The crowd was warmed up and ready to rock as Dirty Honey took to the stage. They brought their Rolling 7s headline tour to San Francisco and they did not disappoint! Their set was adrenaline fueled and non-stop rock from start to finish. They have performed at festivals and have opened for some heavy hitters, but they really shine when they are headlining their own show. They owned that stage and gave 150% to the crowd.  It reminded me of seeing Guns N Roses  or Van Halen the Sunset Strip in the late 70s/80’s. You just knew you were watching a band that was taking rock n roll by the horns and it was time for you to enjoy the [Read More]
