Charming Liars release video for cover of Elton John’s I’m Still Standing

  Alternative rockers Charming Liars from Southern California have just released a video for their cover of Elton John’s classic “I’m Still Standing“. They’ll also be donating half of the proceeds from the song to MusiCares®, a charity of The Recording Academy® dedicated to providing a wide range of health and human services programs including emergency financial assistance, addiction recovery resources, and wellness initiatives to members of the music community. Rock Star University House of Rock has been the place to be for a real ROCK SHOW. This past weekend, Stephen Pearcy of RATT came to town and rocked the House. It was great to see the crowd arrive early to catch a great set by V² as they kicked off the night. The all star Black Sabbath cover band featuring guitarist/vocalist Zakk Wylde (Black Label Society, Ozzy Osbourne), bassist Blasko (Ozzy Osbourne, Rob Zombie), and drummer Joey Castillo (Danzig, Queens Of The Stone Age, Bl’ast!) have delivered some of the most epic performances.
