Lita Ford delivered another timeless performance, this time at House of Rock in Santa Rosa

This past weekend Lita Ford made a stop in Santa Rosa for an incredible show. It was a timeless performance  as Lita came out with the energy, fervor, vocals and beauty of her 20 year old self. Time has stood still for her and the crowd was enjoying the show. Our new featured Spotlight Band, RadioBlack truly captured our attention as they bring to life a blend of nostalgic grunge and 90’s alternative rock, with modern flair. They are truly a powerhouse trio that are making a big impression on the music scene. The band is led by singer/guitarist TJ Courtney, drummer Derek Gledhill (founding member of Smile Empty Soul) and bassist Hayato Takano, a seasoned touring player. Prior to this new line-up, TJ recorded tracks at the Foo Fighters’ private recording facility, Studio 606, with producer John “Lou” Lousteau and a lineup of studio players including Taylor Hawkins (Foo Fighters), Rudy Sarzo (Ozzy), Chris Chaney (Jane’s Addiction), and Mick Murphy (My Ruin, Chevy Metal). The production team was rounded out by Fireball Ministry front-man and “Sound City” documentary producer Jim Rota, and Brad Smith of Blind Melon. WATCH: Shallow Side release music video for Renegade (Styx)

We are so excited to share with you the newly released video from Shallow Side for their cover of Styx’s Renegade. “Renegade” as well as their previous single “Rebel” will appear on their debut full length album ONE on Thermal Entertainment, LLC due in 2017.   “Renegade” is the band’s take on the classic Styx song written by Tommy Shaw.   Eric Boatright says “The song for me has it all. I’ve always been a fan of what I would consider one of America’s greatest rock bands and it became a no brainer when we mentioned ‘Renegade.’ Love Styx, love the song and we wanted to take that same world and bring it to where we are today.” The band received a great endorsement when Tommy Shaw was sent the video and said “Damn that’s smokin’, I approve”. We would like to bring the Spotlight on Aaron Buchanan & The Cult Classics. You might already be familiar with a couple of the members as frontman and vocalist, Aaron Buchanan was the former frontman of the British rock band, Heaven’s Basement and Kev Hickman was previously banging the drums for RavenEye.  It is about time you get to know more about this rock band and keep them on your radar as they are definitely one of the up and coming rock bands to watch out for. Their first year has included much hard work and determination, which had them successfully complete their first tour, released their single CD,recorded their soon to be released debut album, treated us to a kick ass video and have booked some quite stellar upcoming shows to include the Wildfire Festival 2017. New Years Day are tearing it up out on tour with Crown the Empire

New Years Day are currently out on tour with Crown The Empire and their Renegade Tour. They made a stop into Sacramento this past weekend and prove that they are tearing it up on the stage with their high energy crowd pleasing sets! The tour kicked off on November 1st and will wrap up on December 4th in Dallas, Texas. The tour is presented by Hot Topic and also includes sets by Blessthefall, Too Close To Touch and Light Up The Sky. New Years Day are out on tour in support of their highly praised album, Malevolence. The album was produced by Erik Ron (The Word Alive, Motionless In White) and is the band’s first release on Another Century Records. Their set was filled with songs from the new album and the crowd went wild, singing along and a rush of crowd surfing.
