Train releases video for “Feels Good At First”

When Train released their sixth studio album, California 37 on April 13, 2012 they once again hit out of the ballpark with the great songs. I absolutely love 50 Ways To Say Goodbye, Marry Me, Bruises and Mermaid. But just last week they released the video to my favorite song off the album, Feels Good at First. Feels Good at First not only has a sweet melody but it tells of the seasons of life, how with good might come the bad, with happiness the pain. This video is a great representation of this emotionally stirring song and I absolutely love the overlay video which is the perfect touch. The Charm The Fury album is a must for modern day metal fans!

Last month we introduced you to the band from the Netherlands, The Charm The Fury as our Tuesdays Travels Pick of the Week. Well, we have been enjoying their debut album which was released in September, “A Shade of My Former Self”. This full length album is truly remarkable and for a debut album, packs a lot of punch! This metalcore band has been dubbed as Holland’s “best kept secret” and they are taking the world by storm with their edgy yet aggressive style. Aftershock Festival last month was filled with so many great bands and one of those bands that I was excited to watch was Love and Death. I have really enjoyed their album “Between Here & Lost” as it has some of my favorite songs like Meltdown, Paralyzed, Chemicals, The Abandoning, and those are just to name a few off! Love and .38 release fun new video featuring “Just A Woman”

We have been waiting not so patiently and it is NOW TIME…. One of my favorite bands, Love and a .38 released a new video for their new song, “Just a Woman” that as I mentioned before, “has such a bluesy classic rock sound to it and I just fell in love with it instantly. Blue October SWAY tour lights it up at the Fillmore in San Francisco

One of the tours that I have been most excited about this year is the Blue October SWAY tour and last night it was San Francisco’s turn to enjoy the show. Well, I have to say Congratulations Blue October, you truly hit out of the ballpark last night. It was amazing in so many ways. Their were two opening bands and both were spectacular. First you were treated to Tori Vasquez and her band. We had the pleasure of seeing her perform on Justin’s Open Book Tour and last night she played with her band. Today is the day!!! Alter Bridge‘s new album “Fortress” is released here in the US. So, I have been absolutely floored by this album. So many times, bands come back and try to reinvent themselves and come out sounding so different. Then other times, a band puts out an album that sounds oddly familiar to their last few albums. Well, neither of those are the case for the new Alter Bridge album.
