KAABOO DEL MAR announce their new festival with a great diverse lineup

Okay California, I have to tell you about the new KAABOO DEL MAR festival which is planned for September. It is a three day festival with such a diverse and genre spanning lineup that will appeal to a multi-generational audience. This is the kind of festival where there will be SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE to LOVE! The festival is set to take place September 18 – 20th at the world famous Del Mar Racetrack & Fairgrounds in Del Mar (San Diego). The KAABOO DEL MAR festival is presented in partnership with Mercedes Benz and will include three days of performances on seven stages and six unparalleled experiences: Humor Me, Palate, Indulgences, ArtworK, Encore, and Posh Nosh, details of which will be announced in the coming weeks. KAABOO Del Mar weekend passes are on sale now. Options include a limited number of GA weekend passes at $259, a VIP “Hang Five” weekend pass available at $699.  AllVIP passes include entry to a Thursday pre-event, invitation-only celebration with musical performances from Sheryl Crow and Ed Kowalcyzk (Live) and a Hang Ten VIP pass at $2499 per pass (includes all of the Hang Five VIP benefits), plus: complimentary food and beverages in designated areas, access to the KAABOO Artist Lounge and “Hang Ten” Lounge areas on the track in-field, complimentary valet parking, dedicated “Hang Ten” pre-event planning support and on-site concierge service.

In addition, $1 from each pass purchased will go to the “KINDNESS” charity program, created by KAABOO organizers benefitting four local charities.  The funds raised will bedivided equally among the charity partners for support of programs directly impacting the local San Diego community. When purchasing passes, guests will be given the option of donating additional funds, with KAABOO matching each donation, dollar for dollar.  The “KINDNESS” partners include:  Feeding America San Diego (feedingamericasd.org), San Diego Music Foundation (sandiegomusicfoundation.org), Surfrider Foundation San Diego County Chapter (www.surfridersd.org) andOperation Amped (http://operationamped.com).
