NEW TOUR 2014: COMBICHRIST with William Control and New Years Day!

We have just received the dates for the upcoming tour for Combichrist “The We Love Tour” with special guest William Control and New Year’s Day! The tour is set to start off on April 3rd in Charlotte, NC and you can check the other dates below: I am not surprised to see William Control and Combichrist on tour together since when we saw William Control play in San Francisco last month for “The Revel Without a Cause Tour” at the DNA Lounge, Combichrist was hitting the stage downstairs at the DNA Lounge on the same night! Kyng gives San Francisco a dose of rock and roll

Earlier this week, the Hell Pop tour came in to San Francisco and on the bill was All Hail the Yeti, Kyng, Motionless in White and In This Moment. One of the highlights of the night was Kyng. The last time I saw Kyng was when they played the Dean NAMM Jam which is typically filled with buyers, distributors, vendors, artists and not your typical rock audience but Kyng killed it that night. Despite the audience who many remained in their seats, we were standing up and rocking out and enjoying every minute of it! This time, they were playing at The Regency Ballroom and they came out and delivered another high energy filled set. Lzzy Hale of Halestorm launches own fashion/accessory line

Now if Lzzy Hale was not busy enough kicking ass out on the rock and roll road with Halestorm, she has launched her new product line. Lzzy is always admired as having a great fashion sense and you can’t help but fall in love with her outfits or the jewelry and accessories that she wears. But what you might not have known is that she makes a lot of her own clothing and jewelry. She has showcased many of her creations over the past year or so on her Instagram account with the hashtag #scissorhappybylzzy. 3 DOORS DOWN announce acoustic tour in 2014!

3 Doors Down recently performed at their 10th anniversary of THE BETTER LIFE FOUNDATION. The Better Life Foundation helps bring a positive change in the lives of children in need of food, shelter, and medical assistance, and to enhance the lives of children and young adults with special needs. Every year funds are raised an distributed to organizations and hospitals that help fulfill the band’s mission. Today, 3 Doors Down announce an acoustic tour which is set for January 2014 with their first stop being in Reno, Nevada. The tour will be called “Songs From The Basement” where they will be playing many of their biggest hits and fan favorites in an acoustic intimate setting. Davey Suicide returns to DNA Lounge in San Francisco!

Last night was the first night of William Control’s “Revel Without a Cause” Tour. Day 1 kicked off at the DNA Lounge in San Francisco. First up was a great band from England, Fearless Vampire Killers and you can read more about them here. Next up was the shock rock act of Davey Suicide. They were playing in the upstairs of the DNA Lounge which always brings such challenges for bands with limited space and sound qualities. In addition this being the first night of the tour, they have yet to iron out the kinks in their set but that in no way stopped them from delivering a 150% performance. Their dark atmospheric rock n roll wrapped in fine tuned electronics and engaging lyrics had everyone fired up and ready for more. William Control’s “Revel Without a Cause” Tour is one not to be MISSED!

Last night was the first night for the Revel Without a Cause Tour by William Control and I have been counting the days to this one! I have been looking forward to this tour since it’s announcement and William Control once again exceeded my expectations. We got to the show in time to see Fearless Vampire Killers from England and Davey Suicide. Both were amazing sets! Every time I have seen him perform, whether with Aiden or with Black Veil Brides on their tour, he puts on a climatic performance. Being the first show of the tour always can put performers in a rough position as they test out their material, set and also have to deal with what the nightclub’s issues might be. They were performing in the upstairs stage of the DNA Lounge in San Francisco and that always brings challenges to artists with the sound issues as well as space limitations. Fearless Vampire Killers and their first US show ever!

Last night was the first night of William Control’s “Revel Without a Cause” Tour. Their first show was held upstairs at the DNA Lounge in San Francisco. Opening for William Control, was British theatrical Alternative Rock band Fearless Vampire Killers, and it was my first time seeing them. They were amazing. This was their first show ever in the United States and they really won over the crowd instantly. Fearless Vampire Killers are Kier Kemp and Laurence Beveridge (co-vocalists), Cyrus Barrone (guitar), Drew Woolnough (bass) and Luke Illingworth (drums). Playing upstairs at the DNA lounge, always provides quite a bit of challenges for the band with space and sound, not to mention being the first night of their tour. So usually the first night is when you iron all the kinks out. But that didn’t matter to these five guys. They came out and performed with fierce intensity and their songs pumped the crowd right up.
