Just Released: GEARS lyric video for Take Away

  Hard rockers GEARS have just released their new lyric video for their song, Take Away. The song is off their EP Pride Comes Before The Fall which they released last November. These guys deliver such a fierce punch of hard rock that hits you straight to the bone. The EP was written by Corey Lowery & GEARS, produced, mixed, & engineered by Corey Lowery, and mastered by Rodney Mills Masterhouse. The lyric video was created by James Shom. Jimmy Wooten explains about the song, “Take Away is about entering into a sort of relationship with someone or some people that end up letting you down and the anger you feel when you should have known better because the signs were there. Orange Amps Ambassador, Tom Petersson Inducted into Hall of Fame

Orange Amps Ambassador Tom Petersson, being the founding member of Cheap Trick  will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame along with other members of the band. The ceremony is set to take place on Friday, April 8th at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Tom who was not only the founding bassist of the band, but also the co-creator of the twelve string bass, which started with an idea back in 1973 when friends had started their own guitar company. You can read an excellent interview with Tom on the Orange Amps blog.  where he discusses how he first came aware of Orange Amps after a trip to London with Rick Nielsen in 1968. It was at the original retail shop them met the found, Cliff Cooper as he had just begun making his own amplifiers. Today Tom uses an Orange AD50 Custom Shop guitar head running into a PPC4x12 cabinet and an AD200 MK3 head running into an OBC8x10 bass cabinet. Blues rockers Delta Rose announce hiatus, interview at NAMM 2016

One of our all time favorite, favorite bands, Delta Rose has announced an indefinite hiatus. They announced the hiatus on their Facebook page with the following post: It has been a great ride with Delta Rose, but for now, the ride is over. We have decided to take an indefinite hiatus as a group, and to pursue other directions individually. This is not a reflection of our great friendship, but an interest in attempting something new. We appreciate all of our fans who have supported us along the way and will forever be grateful for you. There is no way to articulate how much we love you all, and we hope that you will support us in our new ventures.
