The song is now available via all streaming platforms as well as available for digital download here. The band has also released a music video for the new song that visualizes a relationship gone wrong – a sentiment echoed in the song’s lyrics. “’Plastic Heart’ is one of the coolest songs we have ever done. It combines all the elements of what I believe makes us unique. We added in some new flavors too. For instance, starting the song off with rapping and then hitting one of the biggest sounding hooks we’ve ever written. Tagged along with some very specific lyrics, I think the song is in a league of its [Read More]

MURALS RELEASE DEBUT SINGLE “WINDBREAKER” FT. KAONASHI VOCALIST PETER RONO

January 31, 2022

Today, innovative new post-hardcore band Murals have begun their musical journey with “Windbreaker”, out now on Rude Records/Equal Vision Records. Dedicated to the memory of late Feverwar singer Nicholous Thomas, the song features Kaonashi vocalist Peter Rono. The single kicks off with fast guitar blasts and caustic percussion that sound like anything but a first single, which can be attributed to the sizable experience each member boasts. Murals showcase three talented instrumentalists – Shane Gann of Hail The Sun (guitar), Blake Dahlinger of Sufferer / I The Mighty (drums), and Tony Bautista (bass), alongside a revolving roster of vocalists. The main influences for this project are actual stories from the vocalists themselves, which drives the band to make powerful works that fully capture the feelings involved. While they may finish a song before it’s presented to the vocalist, they revise their arrangement and production approach to correlate the music to support the story being told. All three core members are rhythm-section players at heart, and the listener can distinctly hear their love for solid foundations [Read More]

There is no business like show business and I’m aware of that too”. “The Stranger” was preceded by singles “Grace Under Pressure” and “The Extinctionist”, which will also be on the upcoming record. “When All The Rivers Are Silent” is now available to pre-order, ahead of its release on February 25th. Telltale share new song and video for “Cobain feat. Honey Revenge!”

January 28, 2022

Rock band Telltale is excited to share their new single and music video “COBAIN,” a melancholy track featuring LA-based artist Honey Revenge. “COBAIN” is out now via European label Rude Records. About the song, the band shares: “There’s a line out the door of artists trying to cut their teeth, trying to be the next “great.” You can make a goal of signing a deal, or touring the world, but at the end of the day it’s all about hustle. The party lifestyle is going to try and sweep you up and people aren’t always going to give a shit about what you’re trying to do. So keep your nose clean and grind. Nirvana may have been an overnight success, but this isn’t the 90s anymore.” “There’s a lot of kids out there who will never see their dreams and talents recognized because of circumstance. I read somewhere that making a living on music is 10% skill and the other 90% luck. If you consider the kind of “luck” afforded to young people living without [Read More]
