Rockers Midnite Sin gear up for a busy 2016!

At NAMM 2016 we ran into drummer Nick Tarkowski of Midnite Sin. They have been quite busy and at the looks of it, will have a busy 2016. They have recently announced they will be playing at this year’s Rocklahoma Festival at the end of May. They have also released their new EP. You can pick up the new EP and some merch at their debut show Sunday night, January 31st at the Rockbar in San Jose. It is an early show, all ages and FREE! Nasty Habit release new music video for Don’t Bring Me Down

The bad ass rockers from New York, Nasty Habit that has released a music video for their song, Don’t Bring Me Down. These gusy have a rock and roll passion that is non stop. They have a high energy ’80s style rock sound that you will grab you when you first listen to their songs like Heart Breakin, Hip Shakin, Saturday Night, and Tripped.  Nasty Habit has Tommy Ende on lead vocals, Kenny Ende on guitar, David Jordan on drums, and Frankie Wheeler on bass. TEMPT celebrate official release of new EP with performance supporting Tom Kiefer

New York City based rockers, Tempt who made their debut earlier this year at Rocklahoma are set to release their new EP, Under My Skin on iTunes, Amazon and a physical CD. The EP was previously only available as a limited edition collectors item released for the band’s appearance at Rocklahoma where the pressing sold out. They will celebrate the official release on July 29th as they will be performing as support for one of my favorites, Tom Keifer at BB Kings in New York City. That is one show I wish I could make it out to! Ragdoll release new video for Tell Me off Ragdoll Rewind CD

  We recently brought you our coverage of Australian rockers Ragdoll as they performed last Saturday night at the Whisky a GoGo. You can read more about that night here: Ragdoll at Whisky A GoGo. They were in town to open for legendary rockers Skid Row and it was an awesome night and they put on a excellent set.  Ragdoll have returned to the the US in support of their upcoming release, Ragdoll Rewound which is a compilation of Ragdoll‘s first two releases (‘Ragdoll Rock’ and ‘Here Today’) plus four live recordings, one of which is a new composition, “Rewind Your Mind.” The album is set to release later this week on May 23rd.  This powerful trio are creating a strong rock and roll sound worthy of your attention. Ragdoll is Ryan Rafferty on Lead Vocals/Bass, Leon Todd on Guitar and Cam Barrett on Drums. Ragdoll makes their debut at the Whisky a Go Go and delivers a solid rockin set!

Australia rockers Ragdoll have returned to the the US in support of their upcoming release, Ragdoll Rewound which is a compilation of Ragdoll‘s first two releases (‘Ragdoll Rock’ and ‘Here Today’) plus four live recordings, one of which is a new composition, “Rewind Your Mind.” The album is set to release later this week on May 23rd. The trio revisited the first EP and had it remixed and polished the way they had always wanted to hear it. Songs like “Foot to the Floor” sound leaner and meaner while “The Feeling” is even more epic! Any issues the band may have had with the original ‘Here Today’ master have been fully rectified here too; while the new master of “Tell Me” in particular is a lot more dynamic and more true to the original mix. Rocklahoma is just a couple weeks away and with bands like Five Finger Death Punch, Twisted Sister, Kid Rock,Tom Kiefer, Jackyl and so many more it will be a weekend full of nonstop rock.
