  Max Green, bassist and original member of Escape The Fate has announced once again his departure from Escape The Fate. Max said in a statement released by Alternative Press the following: “So it comes with a heavy heart that I have to announce my departure from Escape The Fate. This decision of mine did not come hastily,  it had been something ive fought back amd forth with since my return to the band earlier this year. The guys are great, and they do great at what they do, but for me personally, the vision i had for thia band in the begining is far far from what it is today and I know that times change but I cant help feeling unfulfilled at the end of the day when I lay my head down to sleep. ZAKK WYLDE’S stolen guitar found in Chicago Pawn Shop

We are pleased to let you know that Zakk Wylde‘s STOLEN Pelham Blues Les Paul Custom Guitar has been found!  We brought you the story on March 14th about how the custom guitar was stolen off his tour bus during the Experience Hendrix show at the Chicago Theater. Social media was trending posts as a call to find the stolen guitar!  You can read that initial post here. The guitar  turned up at a Chicago area pawn shop that happens to be the setting of truTV’s Hardcore Pawn reality show. It was reported in the Chicago Tribune story how  “The owners of Royal Pawn Shop, 428 S. Clark St., said a man came in to sell the guitar on March 24 – about 10 days after it was reported stolen from Wylde” They also claim they forgot about the alert and paid only around $50 for the guitar. $50 bucks for a GIBSON!! Shane Gibson of stOrk and former Korn touring guitarist dies at age 35

Shane Gibson 1979 – 2014   Shane Gibson, most widely know as the former touring guitarist for Korn has passed away at age 35 as a result of a blood clotting disorder. Shane performed with Korn from 2007 – 2010. Shane after touring with Korn was the founding member and guitarist for stOrk, great metal progressive rock band. The news was posted via the stOrk Facebook page It is with deepest sadness and regret that we must confirm that stOrk founding member and lead guitarist Shane Paul Gibson passed away at 5:45 AM on April 15th, 2014 in the UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama as a result of complications from a blood clotting disorder. ATTENTION CHICAGO AREA: PLEASE HELP FIND ZAKK WYLDE’S STOLEN GUITAR  Less than an hour ago, Zakk Wylde put out the call for help in finding his stolen Pelham Blues Les Paul Custom Guitar and his black leather vest.
