Mannequin Pussy delivers powerhouse performance in San Francisco

  Mannequin Pussy brought their I Got Heaven Tour to San Francisco for a sold out show at the August Hall. The tour in support of their fourth studio album, I Got Heaven which was released on March 1, 2024 via Epitaph Records.  We have been blasting the album for a couple months now and have been so excited for the tour to finally make it to the Bay Area. The night kicked off with an explosive set by Soul Glo. Their music blends hardcore punk and hiphop shining a light on the Black American experience.  Their set was absolutely incredible and the crowd reciprocated the intense energy with a massive mosh pit that held strong throughout the set.  Singer Pierce Jordan commanded the crowd and even jumped in to the crowd to mosh. Ron Gallo is a must see out on his Foreground Music Live Tour

Mondays can always be hard to get through, but not when you know you are catching Ron Gallo’s show at night. We couldn’t wait for the day to end so we could find ourselves at one of our favorite venues, The Brick and Mortar in San Francisco. The night was even better when we found out that Life Size Models were opening the show. We were excited to check out their new music and they kicked the night off with a high energy set. It was a fantastic night and Ron Gallo put on a performance that highlighted his edgy blend of alt-punk rock vibes. He is like a punk rock Bob Dylan and I am here for it ALL! His music is so damn catchy and you can’t hold yourself still. You need to MOVE and feel the energy that he brings to life. Cherry Glazerr releases new song/video Sugar off upcoming album

One of our favorite new artists Cherry Glazerr has just released the sweet sultry new song/video for Sugar, which is off the upcoming new album, I Don’t Want You Anymore’, out September 29th on Secretly Canadian.  The song is catchy and addictive as you are drawn into the seductive and edgy vocals. The song brings guitars with a true Nirvana vibe that grabs a hold of you. Mannequin Pussy release new song and video for “Perfect”

Indie-Punk-band Mannequin Pussy will release a five-song EP on May 21st via Epitaph records. The EP is produced by Will Yip and follows the 2019 released and highly praised album “Patience”, which made it into several annual hit lists (f.e. Pitchfork, NPR, Rolling Stone, Spin, Flood, Vogue). WARD enters the spotlight with infectious new song and video for Sober

  Sometimes your world maybe spinning out of control, and the only thing left to do is ride it out.  That is exactly what Los Angeles based Ward does in his latest video. He has just released a truly captivating and gravity defying video for his ultra-infectious new track. Sober.  The video brings such realism into the ups and downs and a glimpse into the uncertainty of being grounded or Sober.  We had to find out more about the filming of the video?   The video was shot on 90º angles using fabricated sets in Ward’s home, studio and on the street in Culver City. Indie/Punk band Save Face are a band you should be keeping on your radar. The duo featuring Tyler Povanda and Christopher Flannery have consistently toured up and down the East Coast.
