Calling all “THE CRAZIES”, it is time to Rock! New video by Beauty in the Suffering

Beauty in the Suffering have just released their much anticipated video for “The Crazies (The Zombie Song)” and it is everything you want in a zombie song!  The  video was directed by Jonathan Shahan andMike Walsh of Rev Hi-Fi Productions, the mixing performance footage with a horde of zombies descending on the band. Beauty in the Suffering really have a great sound, think a blend of Rob Zombie, Murderdolls and Marilyn Manson. They bring their Electro-Metal Hard Rock to life and raise the level of intensity and energy. The Crazies is set to be the first of three zombie themed songs and we can’t wait to see what they come up with next.  Beauty in the Suffering is the brainchild of the talented DieTrich Thrall and has become a supergroup featuring an ever-expanding lineup that includes veterans from American Head Charge, Dope, Genitorturers, Skinlab, Razorblade Dolls and many more. Davey Suicide returns to DNA Lounge in San Francisco!

Last night was the first night of William Control’s “Revel Without a Cause” Tour.  Day 1 kicked off at the DNA Lounge in San Francisco. First up was a great band from England, Fearless Vampire Killers and you can read more about them here. Next up was the shock rock act of Davey Suicide. They were playing in the upstairs of the DNA Lounge which always brings such challenges for bands with limited space and sound qualities. In addition this being the first night of the tour, they have yet to iron out the kinks in their set but that in no way stopped them from delivering a 150% performance. Their dark atmospheric rock n roll wrapped in fine tuned electronics and engaging lyrics had everyone fired up and ready for more. Davey Suicide is on Vocals, Drayven Davidson kills it on drums, Ashes tears it up on guitar and Brent Ashley plays some crunchy bass and provides backing vocals. hERETICS iN tHE lAB set to release new album Suture on November 12th!

Next week hERETICS iN tHE lAB are set to release their new album, Suture on November 12, 2013 through Sacrific Records. This industrial metal band has a sound that reminds me of a blend of Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails and Ministry. They have had great success in the underground goth/industrial scene and are now making great headway in the mainstream of heavy metal and rock genres and making new fans each day. They have been known to put on intense live shows that leave the audiences in awe. They will be having a CD release party at The Wave in Norfolk, VA on November 12, 2013. Brent Ashley returns to The Dreaming

Recently Los Angeles based rockers, The Dreaming announced that their bassist, Martin Kelly was leaving to pursue his career as a tattoo artist and to tour with his original band Living Dead Lights. Martin is an exceptional artist and I think he has a great career ahead of him with anything he does and we wish him well.   Shortly after, The Dreaming announced the return of Brent Ashley. Brent who has been successful with his custom line clothing line, Arrogant Armor will return on bass.  Brent posted the news on Facebook in a very funny post: We also got an update from Christopher as to what The Dreaming is working on and he had this to say, “I’m in the midst of recording the new album. MADLIFE brings high magnitude intensity to the stage!

A few months ago I had the pleasure of introducing MADLIFE to many of you. We had so many of you write in and tell us about your love for them. Well, it is no surprise since this  industrial hard rock band from Los Angeles gains fans seconds after you first hear them.  I can only imagine what seeing them live will do. We have been excited about catching one of their shows since we have heard amazing things about their stage presence and high octane filled shows and couldn’t wait to witness it firsthand. Well Friday night, we jumped at the opportunity to head down to Hollywood and catch their show at the Troubadour.  It was the first time I had been back to the Troubadour since maybe 1986? 1987? I know it was right before Warrant getting banned from there and I don’t even remember who was playing. Oddly enough, the place like many from the Sunset Strip actually looks the exact same.
