We were excited to hear about the return of Eve to Adam to the Ace of Spades in Sacramento. We had just seen them perform last month and they were incredible. This time, they did it again as they returned and gave a powerful energetic set on a Sunday night. ROCK Legend Ace Frehley’s new album Space Invader set for a June 24th Release

Rock Legend Ace Frehley has announced the title for his new album, Space Invader and is set to be released on June 24th through Entertainment One Music (eOne Music). This will be his first new solo album in 5 years and we are all looking forward to it. Ace shared the news with the following statement, “Life on Earth has been very good to me, and the body of work I’ve created over the years has withstood the test of time. Today I see no obstacles before me and my creativity has never been more fine tuned. Growing up in an Alien world has enhanced my senses and allowed me to succeed where others would have failed. We have all been waiting anxiously for the new album All You Can Eat by Steel Panther and the time is almost among us! Only SIX more days to go!!! Well, as I told you last week about my secret… I got to hear the entire new album and have to say one thing…….. HOLY BALLS! THIS ALBUM IS FUCKING AWESOME!! It has everything you could want in rock and metal from anthemic rock songs, arena size ballads, blazing guitars, great harmonies, power house drums, sexy bass lines and those 80s style vocals that we can’t get enough of. There are some bad ass guitar solos, smokin riffs, catchy choruses, I just can’t tell you how epic this album will be. The songs are fun and infectious and you can’t help but love them. Smashing Pumpkins sign deal with BMG and set to release 2 new albums in 2015

Smashing Pumpkins announced yesterday via their social networks that they have signed an Artists Services deal with BMG. Smashing Pumpkins will be releasing 2 new albums in 2015: MONUMENTS TO AN ELEGY and DAY FOR NIGHT. The first single is expected to be released by year’s end. Recording sessions have already began and as BILLY CORGAN says, “For those interested in sound, think: ‘guitars, guitars, guitars, and more guitars’ but more so on the epic side of things than say, grossly metallic.” We can’t wait to see what they have in store for us with these two new albums. Corgan also tells us that, “Manning the boards will be producer Howard Willing, with whom I first had the pleasure of working with during the Adore sessions. We first saw them perform at the Dean NAMM Jam in 2013 and they were incredible. I knew right away that this power trio was going to be a band that everyone would soon be talking about. Why?
