July 23, 2016

We are excited to share with you the wonderful news that guitarist extraordinaire Joe Perry returned to the stage last night with the Hollywood Vampires. The venue Weill Hall Green Music Center in Rohnert Park in Rohnert Park was packed as everyone awaited the arrival of the Hollywood Vampires.  It is a beautiful venue on the grounds of Sonoma State University that not only houses an indoor venue but the show is enjoyed by thousands who are enjoying the concert at tables on one of the grassy terraces, or on their own blankets or folding chairs on the lawn. The show kicked off with a short entertaining video introduction that highlights the musicians that they are playing tribute to and the crowd went wild as they went right into performing their song, Raise the Dead. The strong set included excellent covers from so many bands, The Who, David Bowie, the Doors, Spirit, T Rex, Aerosmith and many more.  They were incredible since the Hollywood Vampires truly take the song and really just infuse it with even more [Read More]

Track by Track of Stone Cold Fox EP Tunnel Vision and catch them out on tour

July 20, 2016

Indie rockers from New York, Stone Cold Fox are gearing up to head out on the road for a small tour in August. The tour is in support of their EP, Tunnel Vision which was released earlier this year. Tunnel Vision delivers five songs that walk the balance of rock and pop complete with the raw honest emotion and indie passion. Check out a track by track of their EP: Contagion was actually written towards the end of our last LP Memory Palace. Instead of rushing it and putting it on the album, we decided to just keep working on it, and as we wrote other songs, later to become Tunnel Vision EP, it started to really started to take form. In a lot of ways the song is really about the process and feeling so [Read More]

Catch Toad the Wet Sprocket in San Francisco this Saturday as the celebrate 25 years of “Fear” album

July 20, 2016

This Saturday, July 23rd, you will be able to catch Toad the Wet Sprocket perform at the legendary Fillmore in San Francisco. Toad are currently out on tour in celebration of the 25th anniversary of their “Fear” album, one of my favorites. Toad’s music has been the soundtrack to my life, it has been there for my ups and my downs. Their songs have always been for me; some of the most raw, honest, emotionally driven music.  I have been a longtime Toad fan and have even had their song, “I Will Not Take These Things for Granted” played at my wedding. I have met many fans who also expressed their continuous love for their music and have been ecstatic to catch them out on this very special tour. Tickets can be purchased for the show by heading over to http://thefillmore.com/event/toad-the-wet-sprocket-with-rusted-root/. The show will also feature Rusted Root and Luke Wade. You can also check out Gutter Swan upstairs in the Poster Room. The tour continues across the country and there is also an incredible VIP Experience which [Read More]
