Tom Keifer has been busy touring in support of his highly acclaimed solo record, The Way Life Goes. He has been releasing videos for songs off his album. One of our favorite guitarists, Cat from State Line Empire was recently featured on EMGtv performing his song Deus Ex Machina which is off his upcoming solo record, Marigold Project. We have been big fans of State Line Empire as they consistently deliver shows with a 150% energy and are true crowd pleasers. Another awesome rock band from Sweden…. say hello to Laney’s Legion

Sweden has just been my Go To country for awesome rock n roll for a while now. It seems that every time I turn around another great rock band from Sweden is popping up. What is really great is that each band are unique in their own way and equally deserving of our attention. Today, I want to introduce you to Laney’s Legion from Stockholm. Their self titled debut album was released in April of this year. Their first single Taste of Your Tongue absolutely rocked me the first time I heard it. Then they followed it up with their second single, Poptastic and then I knew they had more rockin tunes that I needed to check out. The catchy song brought out a great blend of punk rock angst with a Motley Crue 80s vibe. It has been one of my favorite songs since I first heard it! Tommy Girvin continues to inspire children musically with his new project

Just last we told you about the amazing set that Eddie Money performed at the Thunder Valley Resort for their summer concert series. You can read that earlier post here: Thunder Valley Resort. When we were there, we had the opportunity to talk with guitarist/multi instrumentalist, Tommy Girvin. The Quireboys release new album and are heading out on tour!

One of my absolute FAVORITE bands is set to release their new album in less than 2 weeks! I am talking about The Quireboys (aka London Quireboys) and their new album Black Eyed Sons which will be available on June 16th. I have been so excited for this release and am ready to rock out to it! This year The Quireboys are celebrating 30 years of Rockin and there is no letting up from them. In addition to the new album, they will be heading out on a tour. If I wasn’t excited enough about the album, imagine the screams that ensued as I saw a California show planned on the dates! YES!!!!! California Breed make their debut at the Whisky a GoGo

The bad ass new rock band, California Breed featuring legendary vocalist/bassist Glenn Hughes, drummer extraordinaire Jason Bonham and 23 year old newcomer guitarist/singer/songwriter Andrew Watt have made their debut performance! Last night California Breed played to a sold out crowd at the legendary Whisky a GoGo in Hollywood. One thing was for sure, the Whisky was the place to be at last night.
